A grayish mist is emitted from the necklace. The cloud then coalesces into cloaked, wraith-like beings that surround your target.
The wraiths use the voices of the innocents that have been harmed by the users actions.
What they’re saying is nearly incomprehensible due to the sheer quantity of voices attempting to whisper over each other, but the target gets the sense that the user must have done something terribly wrong.
If used on self, the wraiths taunt and mock the user. Unlike the others, the user recognizes each and every voice and how they are related to the user.
They're translucent and wouldn't inhibit vision.
When attacked, the wraiths let out a bloodcurdling wail and lunge for the attacker before bursting into ethereal flames.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. Roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.

Wick had originally claimed this rifle during one of his deep dives into the occult off the corpse of a mauled cultist out into the woods. He supposed it would serve him much better than it did the cultist, and using some of his own know-how (and some help from friends), turned it into the gun it is today.
The name 'Sif' is derived from his beloved childhood dog, whom was killed by a cryptid in the woods when Wick was only 9. He has never let him go since, almost refusing to move on.

You give the patient an 'examination', which mostly consists of making thinly-veiled innuendos and telling them that they're fine, actually. A *biiig, strong* contractor like them wouldn't let a little gunshot wound to the abdomen slow them down, would they?
There's also some magical particle effects. Hearts and sparkles and stuff. You get it.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. Your patient is required to not accept medical treatments or diagnoses from any sources but you for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
The robe has a silky smooth texture that almost feels divine, and covers the body from head to toe (it has a hood). Whenever the user is moving at speeds beyond their normal movement, they create an afterimage in their wake of colors reminiscent of stars-- blues, reds, whites, yellows, etc.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You can run at three times your normal movement speed.
The user holds this spherical chunk of stone and squeezes it will all their might over an injury. The stone glows red and becomes more jagged, and cuts into the user's hands. A red fluid oozes from the stone, covering the wound and forming a strange stone-like scab overtop.
"Like getting blood from a stone" - Figure of speech, when it is extremely difficult because of the mood of the person you are dealing with.

Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend 1 minute. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Brawl at Difficulty 6.

The Scepter of Ang-Kapal is a gruesome device fashioned to look like a skeletal arm clutching a glass eye. When used, blood from the person holding is drawn into the eye where it swirls with dark energy. The eye turns to a nearby corpse and shudders, reviving the creature. The creature does not retain any of its memories or personality, but it is absolutely loyal to whoever is holding the scepter.
The Scepter of Ang Kepal has the unfortunate side effect of driving its owner mad.
Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1 and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach with at least half its skeletal structure remaining. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts for eight hours or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Destroying one of your zombies requires a called shot to the head or heart. All other Injuries zombies suffer result in Battle Scars only, limiting their mobility and effectiveness in other ways.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).

Living things can be stored in this Artifact. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the Artifact in the process.
If this Artifact is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
