Observers feel a calming pull, as his voice resonates with quiet authority, and a subtle, almost sacred energy fills the air. This glow only holds while Salem’s faith in him remains strong—dimming if doubt arises.
You gain the following benefits as long as Need the Faith of the people of Salem and you have your a scar oddly looking like a cross on his right hand.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Anime: You may have a 30 second conversation with another character on your initiative each Round in Combat, and using any Communication Effect takes a Free Action instead of a full Action.
- Call me Senpai: You may ask to be called Father. Sapient beings will use this title when addressing you, unless they Exert their Mind to resist for the day. You may use an Influence Effect on anyone who uses your title without Exerting your Mind. One free activation per individual per day.
- Honest Eyes: Your word is accepted as honest so long as you are speaking the truth as you understand it. You can always tell if someone telling a lie without making a roll, though you may not know what they are concealing
- No Choice But To Stan: If someone speaks or acts against you socially, anyone observing it must roll Mind, with the difficulty equal to your Charisma, in order to not defend you.
- The Price Of Fame: Any sightings or recordings of your activity can easily be traced back to you. Even when disguised or using an alias, people always get a Perception check to recognize you.
- Being forced to Stan will not force someone to violate any of their Limits or to engage in violence of any kind (though they may still do so of their own volition).
- If your a scar oddly looking like a cross on his right hand is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

The Sons of Salem

The Sons of Salem is a loosely-organized conservative populist movement in the United States that preaches violent opposition to anything they perceive as witchcraft, demonic, or monstrous.
Blowhard podcaster Ted Gundy and former general of the mercenary group “Hognose,” Roland Rush, founded the movement in 2010 after a series of violent werewolf attacks and unexplained, supernatural murders in Tennessee. Memberships grew quickly, stoked by Ted’s fiery doomsday rhetoric on his podcast "Truth Seekers" and the aspiration of the masculine power embodied by Roland.
Although they speak of duty, honor, and maintaining the “natural order” of things, the Sons of Salem are driven by fear. They collect guns and appear at protests en-masse as a way of easing the all-consuming terror of their powerlessness. At the same time, they have conditioned themselves to respond to fear with “strength” (read: violence).

- Honest Eyes: Your word is accepted as honest so long as you are speaking the truth as you understand it. You can always tell if someone telling a lie without making a roll, though you may not know what they are concealing
- Party Animal: You are welcome at, and will be granted entrance to, any social gathering or party, at least as an observer.
- A "social gathering" might include a birthday party, after-work drinks, a ski trip, or yoga in the park, among other things. It likely would not include a cult gathering to summon a demon, Congressional negotiations over a contentious bill, etc.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Hundreds of years of ambient gossip and relationship drama have allowed Charolette the precise skill to understand someone's inner desires for companionship, and to tell when someone is lying to others and to themselves.
Charolette and her mistress, Lorelei, have many things in common. One of which is that they are both proficient liars. Charolette even more so, because she knows how to tell the truth.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Cleanliness Compulsion - Whenever you encounter a dirtied surface, roll self-control to not immediately attempt to clean it.
You also gain the following effects:
- Honest Eyes: Your word is accepted as honest so long as you are speaking the truth as you understand it. You can always tell if someone telling a lie without making a roll, though you may not know what they are concealing
- Me, an Empath: You have an intuitive understanding of the emotional state of any Animate being within 30 feet. Once per person per day you may roll Charisma + Influence to learn what things they respect or disrespect in others.
- On its own, your empath abilities do not allow you to detect lies.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Empathic sense
To touch you must first be able to feel
Ria has a sense for the minds and emotions of the people around her. She can tell what they are feeling, and when they lie. She can when she speaks exchange a lot more information quickly by directly connecting to her target's mind. She knows how she needs to behave to get what she wants (with maybe a slight psychic push or two).
This is the beginning of Ria's growth as a Psychic. After receiving some special medical care and rare nutrients and supplements, Ria's innate abilities to grow to allow her to feel the minds of those around her.

From putting his workers on the line and to his commandeering attitude he is still a charming fellow in some manner, demanding his name to be called, he is to be called the devil in a manner as the way of how sly he may be but how ruthless he is to his employees, all marked down by the tattoo on his back to represent it all.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your An Oni tattoo on the back.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
