8AST's eyes can cycle through various modes of vision - a few different modes that help in low- and no-light situations, as well as an extreme magnification mode.
After getting an eye gouged out in its first contract, 8AST decided to make a few upgrades before putting it back in. While at it, it popped out the other eye as well and made sure both were up to the new standard.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Sight: You can see things that are normally invisible to the naked eye, such as fingerprints and bacteria.
- Your microscopic vision requires a close look at a very small, specific area to use. It does not grant increased distance vision, it simply provides a higher resolution, allowing you to see finer and finer detail.

CryptoLeak: Silence is Broken
CryptoLeak is a video streaming platform with a singular goal: to allow users to upload and share video content, no matter what. Videos uploaded to cryptoleak cannot be removed, doctored, or censored.
Despite a near-universal condemnation by world leaders, most people greatly appreciate CryptoLeak. It's the go-to platform for posting illuminations, whistleblowing evidence, and data leaks.
CryptoLeak is a mundane technlogical entity that cannot be controlled or destroyed. It has no backing business or organization. It utilizes a distributed architecture that allows it to host content across the entire world, sharding and mirroring its petabytes of data accross millions of personal devices. Content uploaded to CryptoLeak is immutable and cannot be doctored or redacted by any known means.
For once, technology has put the power in the hands of the little guys.
World governments and other powerful organizations can still censor or restrict access to CryptoLeak within their domains, and they sometimes utilize the platform for misinformation and psy-ops campaigns. However, for most people, CryptoLeak represents the freedom to speak and be heard.
Of course, simply uploading a video does not gaurentee it will be seen or gain traction, nor does it protect you from any consequences that may come along with pulling back the veil. . .

Sir Arthur quietly hums to himself which gives him the ability to perceive the world in a way that he has never known.
His eyesight having been taken seemingly amplified all of his other senses.
The blind swordsman takes his slices with a precision that some might not even expect from a man that actually can see.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Hearing: You are capable of perceiving physical shapes via sound. You must produce a humming to “ping” with your echolocation each Round you wish to use it.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Paranoia.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.
Super Senses
"Not just hearing a pin drop in Cincinnati. But seeing it too."
Whenever the user concentrates on one of his two supersenses it activates.
If it is his sense of sight his eyes turn orange and his pupils enlarge.
When it comes to his hearing his ears gently twitch and "open up".
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Hearing: You may hear sounds of sub- and hyper-sonic frequencies, allowing you to hear tiny things (mice, insects, etc) better, and pick up on the vibrations of massive things (earthquakes, atmospheric disruptions, etc) long before others.
- Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.
Spiritually Enhanced Zooming Lenses
The lens of a camera that has been enhanced through occult means. Has to be attached to a camera to work properly, once attached, the lens can be adjusted, twisted, and focused. Upon doing so, with a bit of mental pressure, a ghost will possess the camera for a moment giving the user spirit sight.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way. Lasts for three hours.
- Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
- Spirit Vision: You can see things that are occult in nature that the mundane eyes cannot view. Things such as ghost, provided your view is unobstructed
Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.
Optic-Electric Medical Scanner
This golden eye gleams, perfectly fitting into the socket. When zooming in, the aperture shrinks with a rose gold sheen, to analyze the smallest evidence or even the most micro of surgeries.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Electroreception: You may detect electromagnetic fields, electric currents, and even neurological activity in a 50 foot radius from yourself at all times. When detecting neurological activity, you learn nothing but the creature's rough size.
- Sight: You can see things that are normally invisible to the naked eye, such as fingerprints and bacteria.
Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.
- When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.
- Your microscopic vision requires a close look at a very small, specific area to use. It does not grant increased distance vision, it simply provides a higher resolution, allowing you to see finer and finer detail.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.

The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.

- Thermal: You are able to "see" heat signatures within your line of sight.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.
