Voice of Silver Borrow mine
A finish of silver liquid flows idly, circling the arm. When activated, the metal flows into the mouth at the palm of the hand. A silver replica of that same mouth opens on the target's body. Words spoken into the silver mouth will be heard only in the minds of others under this effect. Every silver replica will close into itself and disappear if neither the user nor any target is maintaining concentration.
The silver mouth opens at a point chosen either consciously or subconsciously by each target, with the default being their left palm.
When sending a physical object with the message, the liquid silver finish instead moves to cover the desired object. Over the next minute, the object melts into the silver, flows back into the arm's maw, is expelled from the desired target's silver mouth, and reforms as the silver melts away. This includes Law's Parathesis itself, which acts both as the entry point and affected object.
Spend an Action. Select a number of targets up to your Mind rating any distance away from you. You must have specific targets in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
You open up a line of communication to your targets, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
- Receiving a message does not force a target to pay attention to you, and they can feel free to ignore your message if they choose. Depending on the flavor of your Gift, they may or may not be able to return to it and read it later on.

Some whisper about less-than-legal deals being available on a 'dark web' version of Offr.com. The company denies these claims."
Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

The target hears/feels their electronic device indicate that someone is trying to contact them, even if it is on silent or dead. This notification is only perceivable by the target. If there's a screen, the most commonly used calling app is used. The caller is a saved contact with whatever name/title and profile picture the caller desires.
If the target accepts the "call," they will hear a woman's voice talking to them through the device. No one else hears her, and the target's replies (their voice and lip movements) are also supernaturally obscured. At most, onlookers may notice the target accessing their device.
When the conversation ends, the device has no record of it, and all attempts to collect evidence of the call somehow fail.

This Effect cannot be used unless target has in their possession (or is attending to) an electronic device that can send and recieve audio and the target is willing to engage in the conversation (meaning they accept the "call" and don't hang up).

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is slow, deep breathing. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: You must roll Self Control to resist chasing after smallish things in motion that dogs are known to chase after, including sticks/balls/squeaky toys and small animals. If you fail the roll, you will chase after it until you have physically touched it, lost sight of it, or it becomes clearly beyond your reach..

This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a The Bouncer Belt and just as difficult to conceal.
Spend a Quick Action to activate. This Artifact either changes into one of the following Objects, or a single spliced Object as large as the largest Object with the functionality of all: the original Artifact or Gun. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance must be generic, cannot mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), and must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
Your Artifact makes a genuine transformation into the new Object; it is not illusory, and the Object has fully normal and expected functionality. Any functionality which the Artifact previously possessed will not be useable until the transformation is ended, or if it is one of the two chosen spliced-together Devices.
- When transforming into a spliced Object, the resulting Object behaves exactly as if all Objects occupy the same space and do not gain any new functionality at all.

- Depending on the length of your message, it may take a target some time and/or effort to understand it in its entirety.
