Infusion Enhance and improve
An energy emanates from the users hand that covers the item infusing within it. And creates spiraling pattern on the item powers within it creating a purplish spiral pattern on the weapon infusing.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. Cannot be used to improve Armor.
Lasts the next day. Your target receives 2 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +2 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice.
You may choose a second valid Device target while activating this Effect and splice both targets into a single new Device. The newly created item has the same size as the larger of the two initial targets, and can be used to perform the same actions as either of the original items. It receives 2 to those actions for the next day.
- After the effect ends, spliced items become un-spliced and return to being separate items.
- Reminder: additional Weapon Damage granted by this Effect does not stack with any other bonus to Weapon Damage. Instead the largest bonus is used. The same is true for extra dice.

OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

Nature's Roar
"Be a part of nature, for real"
The druid has now been blessed by nature to transform into any animal to help in stewarding. Consuming the fruit will allow the user to transform into an animal of choice temporarily, giving them it's abilities.
Use up this Mini golden apple (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7) and spend an Action.
You transform into Gorilla or any region-appropriate large animal for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
- This consumable is destroyed when used and cannot be used again.

- Animals that are quicker than humans (like dogs) have 50 feet of Free Movement. Animals that are very slow (like turtles) have 0 feet of Free Movement.

Dwarf Lattice Blackberries
Watch the thorns.
A tiny blackberry, slightly smaller than a fingernail. When pressed and smeared onto an object, a small, thorny blackberry bush immediately grows through the object and reinforces it, holding it together with sturdy, winding vines. Unfortunately, the plant tends to penetrate aggressively, and once it withers away, it leaves a handful of thin punctures in its wake.
Marcielle's fifth attempt at cultivating the perfect crop. Its initial growing circumstances have caused the cultivar to experience dwarfism as a whole, unfortunately making it not viable as a mass crop. Thankfully, the berries are very sweet and safe to consume by living things.

The Well's Benediction

The process takes quite a bit of time, as Luci must properly bind this object to its ideal image by bathing it in The Well. A process that, if witnessed by a normal person, would likely result in some minor traumatic occurrences. Luci watches over the item the entire time to make sure it is not swallowed up into the inky mess. A lengthy sweat-inducing endeavor, but by its end, when Luci pulls the item from the reservoir, it is all worth it.
The items in question will sport a dark tint on the paint job and if Luci desires it, she can make its primary or secondary colors as dark as she wants. The symbol of The Well, a fragmented snowflake that closely resembles broken glass, will appear embossed somewhere visibly on the item, marking it as improved.
The Well is oblivion and vice versa. There is no being or creature exempt from the prices that it exacts upon those that meet it uncordially. And like a hook, when it sinks its fangs into you, it will rip you root and all at even the slightest weakness.
The Well is also eternal. As long as the universe turns and toils, and unless someone has the power to circumvent or mimic the powers of Oblivion, upgrades items will persist ad infinitum.
Idealism was always thought to exist solely in concept, to associate reality with mental ideals as opposed to material objects. That somewhere in the cosmic lands above, a perfect image of this "thing" exists, and only its material imitations are founded in "reality". But what if a material object could be elevated closer to the status of its ideal perfect image? A question Luci had asked herself for a period, and while it took some time, she managed to find a way.
This Artifact has been upgraded.

Upgraded weapons count as any material your opponent might be particularly vulnerable to. Upgraded Armor cannot be circumvented by called shots. Upgraded Devices do not run out of fuel or energy.

Knack
The creations of humanity bend to Nikki's will. Car doors open, locks find themselves unlocked, all to enable her unstoppable drive.
Spend an Action. Select a Non-Alien door, container, knot, or lock within arm's reach.

- Operating some locking mechanisms through this Effect may have a secondary effect, such as a turn-key ignition on an older or cheaper car causing it to start or stop. Note that the locking mechanism itself must satisfy the standard targeting requirements (including line of sight), not just the vehicle.
- Any mechanism that requires a key, keycard, key fob, or combination may be considered locked, at the GM's discretion. This Effect may be used on doors and containers secured with control panels or other electronic locks, but not computer security systems at large.

Naorai
A communion between believer and their kami
Leon has decided that it is time to stop merely playing at divinity and begin embodying it. The first step in doing so is to honor one of the most ancient traditions of Kami. Naorai, the end of the period of fasting and moderation wherein the gods pay the believer back for their devotion. In doing so Leon enjoys a meal in a blessed location as the kami responsible for the people in his land at a sanctified location, during which time he accumulates the energy of faith shared in the meal into a bottle of sake that he keeps beside him throughout the meal. Then, at the end once the bottle has filled with the energy and the sake has been enriched with the spiritual power of both Kami and believer, Leon then takes a drink of sake and bites his tongue before he spits the mixture onto the object in question and in doing so blesses it granting it the power of the kami that aid him in his day to day life and cleansing it of impurities with his own life essence. In this communion as well, two items may be brought into union as god and believer are and in doing so elevate both to something beyond either.

The aristocrat knows a ritual that allows them to rent the best version of any item. They set $10,000 worth of cash on fire and place the item to be upgraded in the fire as well. While in the flame, the item morphs into a high-end version of itself. After a while, it reverts.

Thorium Core
This design is too restrained! It can be improved.
The mad scientist produces thorium cores that can be used to upgrade tools and other devices. The core supercharges the item, increasing its quality and rendering it indestructible for a period. However, once the core runs dry, the object is rendered less useful than it was before. The core crackles with blue electricity while active.
Spend 1 Action and use up this glowing blue disk. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. Cannot be used to improve Armor.
