Speaking in (Wet) Tongues You're now in a Disney Movie....
To the casual observer, Neva may look insane. Is she hearing voices in her head? Is she randomly talking to the birds and then cocking her head like they're talking back?
Apparently, the UP is an Enchanted Forest, because Neva can now understand the speech (and they can understand her!) of terrestrial animals.
How many conversations must be happening around her! Will the birds chirping to attract a mate distract her? Or will they provide critical intel at the opportune time?

Gen-Wyld: Beyond Natural
On March 14, 2018, a little-known company named Gen-Wyld announced FDA approval for a groundbreaking procedure to enhance a patient’s primary and secondary sexual characteristics using gene therapy. The company was an overnight success.
Shortly thereafter, they introduced a suite of gene-altering body modification procedures that allowed patients to make dramatic aesthetic changes to their bodies by gene-splicing “non-human” anatomy. Those daring (and wealthy) enough can now add cuttlefish pigmentation to their skin, sport a pair of fox ears, and even add a functional tail. While rare, these so-called “modders” draw plenty of hate from conservative communities.
Thanks to their revolutionary procedures, Gen-Wyld is now a household name. Norman Carlson, Gen-Wyld’s chief evangelist, recently announced the company is in the trial phase for a groundbreaking treatment for diabetes.
Yet despite their success, a shroud of secrecy surrounds Gen-Wyld. Their no-patent policy obscures the secrets of their procedures from the public eye. Financial experts claim that Gen-Wyld is run less like a traditional business and more like an NGO with some specific, unknown objective.
Some claim that they will not stop until humanity has been reduced to monstrous slaves and that Gen-Wyld’s board of directors will install themselves as inhuman overlords of the new world order.
However, until the true secrets behind Gen-Wyld are discovered, the genetic biotech firm will continue to grow, develop, and progress its grand designs.

Lith parses all audio signals picked up though the Expanded Sensor Suite, automatically running them though a translation matrix if the have common tags indicating they're a form of higher-level communication. She then relays this back to Henry along with other environmental cues.

The Calls Taste
Unique flavors, Keep sharing.
Spinning the dial and selecting a flavor allows you to choose someone to speak too. Alive or dead, the call allows you to speak to beings as if they were still alive. Showing their figure and likeness on the clocks face.
When in car, you can access the console inside to speak to them, like taking a phone call.
Any beings that have kissed the watch, bled on the watch, or have been inside the car are able to be contacted from the dead.
Anything granted speech by the watch has their eyes change to purple dragon like eyes. for the duration
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. Select a Sapient being, human, Creature, or Dead target within 50 feet. For dead targets, you must possess their Blood.

Sally the doll

Grace brings Sally out from her designated satchel and sets her in front of the dead body (or token for it). Grace’s eyes flashing red, then Sally’s, then the targets- like a chain- means the connection is successful.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action to activate. Select a Dead target of which you have a Fetter that was important to them.

Voice Replicator
Slit Tongue
Gekko's eyes fill with a tear-like watery substance, overflow and then fill up his mouth, looking like a soap bubble. At first his voice sounds like it's under water, but after about a minute, he's able to replicate the voice of any human or animal currently holding water in their bodies, and in turn able to understand what they want to tell him.
If he spends a considerable time on talking to someone, he might be able to store their language in a small silvery pearl behind his mouth, being able to access the language at any time.
There's a slew of rain and weather deities all over the world, but only the smallest number of them came to that status on their own accord.
A god needs to understand their subjects' prayers afterall.

If you use this Effect to spend an hour speaking with a native speaker of a human language you don't know, you may Exert your Mind and roll Intellect + Culture Difficulty 7. With Outcome 4 or higher, you permanently learn that language and accent.
