Description

Benny can entrance a target into a lustful stupor by looking deep into their eyes and dominating their mind with his own. His eyes have paid the price for power; instead of whites, his irises are now surrounded by a blood red color, which becomes more or less intense depending on how recently he has fed.

System

Choose a human target within 45 feet and make eye contact with them. Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and make a Charisma plus Alertness roll, difficulty 4 plus the target's rating in Wits. They may always contest by rolling Mind, difficulty 6. If the Outcome is in your favor, the target is stunned for [[duration-outcome]].

Drawbacks

  • Humanities (This Effect can only be used on Humans.)
  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - Must make direct eye contact with the target
