OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

Daisy's ears are pointed and greatly elongated, like a rabbit's. They allow her to pinpoint the source of any sound and even perform echolocation tapping her foot.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Hearing: You are capable of perceiving physical shapes via sound. You must produce a tapping foot on ground to “ping” with your echolocation each Round you wish to use it.
- Hearing: You may hear sounds of sub- and hyper-sonic frequencies, allowing you to hear tiny things (mice, insects, etc) better, and pick up on the vibrations of massive things (earthquakes, atmospheric disruptions, etc) long before others.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Hearing: You may spend an Action to ultrasound a surface within arm’s reach. Doing so reveals the internal structures of beings or objects. When used on the ground or a wall, you detect any tunnels, pipes, or hallways within 40 feet.
Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Rabbit ears and facial features.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.

Those big ears aren't just for show. They twitch and swivel at the slightest noise, allowing Stevie to easily pinpoint the location of any sound.

In addition to the usually human nerves and receptive organs, you have electro-receptive organelles that detect electric activity in 50 foot radius around you.

- Electroreception: You may detect electromagnetic fields, electric currents, and even neurological activity in a 50 foot radius from yourself at all times. When detecting neurological activity, you learn nothing but the creature's rough size.
- When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.

Mark's heartbeat races as addrenaline surges through his body, affecting not only his muscles but his nervous system.
With focus, his perception cracks open like a whip, colors vibrant and sharp. His durability extends to every cell, every rod and cone, every hair cell in his cochlea, every neuron surging information into his brain, operating at full capacity without aging or wear and tear. Operating at 110% capacity without tiring, and processing the smallest scrap of information effectively.
The only problem is.. There's so much to see and hear. It takes real concentration to stay present.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.
Sense Modification
Rico slightly leans his form to a lower height and traces a familiar aroma of torn flesh back to it's origin. The modifications he made has worked.

- Thermal: You are able to "see" heat signatures within your line of sight.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.
Attention to detail
The detective has trained their eyes to notice the smallest of details.

- Sight: You can see things that are normally invisible to the naked eye, such as fingerprints and bacteria.
- Your microscopic vision requires a close look at a very small, specific area to use. It does not grant increased distance vision, it simply provides a higher resolution, allowing you to see finer and finer detail.
