Legacy Power: Mind Shatter
The user applies a curse on a target, connecting their mind with a piece of glass. When the user shatters the glass (his favorite way is crushing it beneath his shoes), the targets mind will shatter with it.

System
Choose a Sapient target within 20 feet and Exert your Mind. Your target must make a Trauma roll (Mind, Difficulty 8). If they fail, they acquire a new Trauma, chosen by the GM, and take 1 point of Mind damage. This Trauma may be removed by Powers or mundane therapy as per the normal rules.
Your target is aware that they are being attacked and can usually determine you are the one doing it. (Generally, this is folded into the Power's flavor and Description.)
If your target is incapacitated, they automatically fail their Trauma roll.
Enhancements

Induce Panic
(Make a Difficulty 6 roll when you activate this Power and use the target's Trauma roll to resist. If your contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Mind damage. They receive a new Trauma if and only if you deal at least 3 Mind damage.)

Curse
(Instead of taking effect immediately, you may apply this Power as a curse. Specify a condition that, when fulfilled, causes the suspended effect to occur. The target is informed that they have been cursed and of the condition.)
