Description

Sara takes out a grenade sized bob, throws it at the target, and a bright green light bursts from it, concussing everyone around it in a 30ft radius

System

Choose an Animate target within Arm's Reach, spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and roll Intellect + Science Difficulty 6, contested by the target rolling Body, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. If you succeed, they take a dice penalty equal to your Outcome for 3 rounds. Affected targets cannot Concentrate.

If their total dice penalty from all sources exceeds their Mind, they are instead stunned for 3 rounds and cannot act.

Enhancements

  • AoE (Affects all potential targets in a 20 foot radius of the primary target. This includes allies and yourself.)

Drawbacks

  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - Chemical bomb
  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - gas Mask
