System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and choose a Living target within Arm's Reach. The target's Proprioception is suppressed for 1 Minute.

Enhancements

  • Switch (You may turn this Effect on and off during its duration.)

Drawbacks

  • Dull (Merely dulls the selected sense, causing a -3 dice penalty on any Action requiring it.)
