Legacy Power: A Call to the Servent of Marchosias
The Occultist scribbled madly on the floor drawing wide circles and sharp lines all to highlight a central symbol. He called it the symbol of Marchosias, a Marquis of Hell. Before long his work was done and he scrambled for his book of incantations. He began muttering... softly at first... I'll quote what I can remember
"Bellator ab inferno quis mihi det vestra multa...
Dominus exercituum disperdam meus velis...
MARCHOSIAS DET MIHI VIRES!"
The ground shook and lights dimmed when suddenly it was there... A large, dark wolf with matted fur that seemed almost slick with a dark ichor. Grotesque feathered wings opened and flexed on the creatures back as it adjusted to the new plane. A serpents tail whipped around curiously as the beast opened it's blood red eyes. It looked to the occultist and barred its fangs. It seemed to be waiting for orders...

Description
The Occultist calls for aid from one of the Marquis of Hell. By creating a summoning circle, chanting the incredible victories of Marchosias in battle, and finally spilling their blood onto the circle Marchosias will send one of his demonic legion to aid the Occultist.
System
Spend a willpower and make an Intelligence + Occult roll difficulty 7. If you succeed, you summon a single minion. You may have [[maximum-minions]] active at a time. The minion lasts the scene, has the intelligence of a dog, and cannot communicate back to you.
Minions have the following stats. You have 7 times 2 points to distribute between the following:
Health levels, Movement dice, Attack dice, and alertness all of which have a maximum of 6.
Health: 4
Movement/dodge: 3
Attack (difficulty 6): 6
Alertness: 1
Their attack does (successes to hit + 1) damage.
Enhancements
- Fliers (Minions can fly at normal movement speed.)
- Report! (Your minions may communicate back to you. They do not gain intelligence beyond this.)
Drawbacks

(Activating this Effect requires two consecutive Actions of Concentration. It involves intricate use of the body and voice. If interrupted during activation, the Effect fails. It is obvious you are preparing to activate an Effect during casting.)
