Description

Through a culmination of time and ritual, Jules harness the power of his Goddess to finally believe what he can form beyond. Through a small ritual he is able to manifest what is far away from his and uses his ring to show him what is happening far from him.

System

Exert your Mind, choose a target Location within 500 feet, and roll Perception + Culture Difficulty 6 as a Committed Action. You may see (but not hear or use other senses) as if you were standing at that Location for up to Outcome in rounds. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect, and you cannot perceive anything locally while the Effect is active.

Enhancements

  • Full Spectrum (You can perceive things from the target location via all of your senses, rather than just sight. You can also activate investigative or perception-based Effects through the ward.)
  • X-ray (Instead of projecting to a target location, you may perceive clearly to at least your range. You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
  • Unique Focus (This Power takes the form of a specific, unique item, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen. You must use / wear this item as intended to use this Power.)
    • Focus - Ring
  • Long Cast (This Effect takes one minute to activate.)
