Legacy Power: Drunken Peace-keeper

Some fight to prove themselves worthy, some fight to satiate their bloodlust. Hank fights so no one will have to live with the same regret he does.

Description

Hank doesn't like to fight, but sometimes it becomes necessary in order to keep the peace. He is practiced in disarming enemies before they have a chance to do something they'll regret, but can only really get into the flow of a fight when he's had a few drinks.

System

Passive, but only in effect when you are drunk. Unarmed attacks will do [[additional-damage]] more damage and pierce [[armor-piercing]] armor. You use Dexterity instead of Brawn on Brawl attacks. Successfully parrying or grapping allows you to disarm your target.


Enhancements

  • Disarm (If you successfully Defend against or clash with a melee attack, your attacker is disarmed.)
  • Precision Strikes (You may use Dexterity instead of Brawn on your attack rolls.)

Drawbacks

  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - Must be drunk

Parameters

Bonus Damage: 0 ( +0 ) Armor Effectiveness: 2 ( Reduced to 1/4, rounded up )
