Description
Bill is able to spend a few minutes fiddling with some powders to create a dose that, if ingested, will simulate the effects of a non-lethal drug or disease. Bill must watch the target consume the poison in order for it to take effect.
System
This power must be prepped ahead of time as a consumable poison, and you must watch the target consume it. When they do, spend an Action, Exert your Mind and make a Wits + Science roll, resisted by the target making a Body roll. If you succeed, the target is successfully infected with any mundane disease, or dosed with any mundane drug, that is not generally fatal and is curable by modern medicine. The symptoms manifest immediately. They are not contagious. If the target cannot contract the disease or is immune to the drug for some reason, you cannot inflict it.

(Using this Effect is not obvious. Choose a Tell that occurs only when you use the Effect; if-- and only if-- someone suspects that a Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.)

(You may use this Power to apply a non-lethal dose of any mundane drug. The effect takes at least five minutes to fully take hold, but symptoms appear immediately.)

Consumable
(Instead of using this Power directly on a target, you must prepare it as a consumable material. Anyone who drinks or eats a full dose is fully affected by the Power and cannot make any resistance rolls. Prepared doses expire in 24 hours.)
