Description

The stare of the eye obliterates the mind of it's target, for but a moment wits + occult

System

Choose a target within 300 feet, spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and make a roll, determined at Power creation, difficulty 4 plus the target's rating in Wits. They may always contest by rolling Mind, difficulty 6. If the Outcome is in your favor, the target is stunned for [[duration-outcome]].

The target may be awoken from the stun early if they are significantly jarred, such as by taking damage, or being splashed with cold water.

Drawbacks
