Description

The power that targets you is channeled through the metal neckwear you are wearing, and into your body, sending tattoos and marks aglow. This weaves you into their magic, showing you the source by a glowing thread of power. You may be able to also pick up stray strands of power, not targeted to you, but just around you, building a web of supernatural energies. Go forth with caution, though, those tied into your web can also see the threads, and some may not be happy about being caught.

System

Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to activate this Power for one minute. While this Power is active, all Beings using supernatural abilities within 50 feet are detected, including those who enter its range after activation and those behind walls. You get a rough sense of how many, but not exact number.

Enhancements

  • Catch a Whiff (If none of a specified type of target are within range, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.)
  • GPS (Provides you with both distance and direction toward the detected beings. This information is accurate enough to use for aiming at a +1 Difficulty.)
  • Triggered (You cannot manually activate this Effect. Instead, choose a triggering event, always outside your control, that activates this Effect without requiring an Action or Exertion cost from you.)

    • Triggering Event - When being targeted with a supernatural ability

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - A piece of metal neckwear
  • Double-Edged Sword (You are affected by this Power to the same extent as your target.)
