Elestren's Questionnaire

Elestren lives in Portland Maine above a book store she owns. Elestren is a well-traveled person. She explored many countries in the years after high school. Now she is focused on her work in her small book store in Portland that is popular among locals. She is known by the few people who she considers acquaintances as bossy and sarcastic, but also as a determined and a fast learner. In high school, she was always an honor roll student and won many awards for her accomplishments. She has an acute sense of style and wouldn't be caught dead in neon (particularly pink). While traveling, Elestren ordered an iced coffee in a foreign country where tourists can't drink the regular water, she forgot about the ice cubes and got very sick. Now she is immune to most things, although she was shitting blood for a week. Was it worth it? probably not.

I own a very lovely book store in the city. I get a lot of business from locals and I will sometimes host events. The books I have are mostly donated so I don't have to spend much on buying new ones, although that means that the books I sell are pretty cheap. I live above my bookstore so I don't have any traveling fees. Most of the money I make is spent on clothes and good food. I only like the fresh real stuff which means I spend a lot of money for it. I cook using cook books from my store so I always have access to good recipes. I don't have a college degree so I probably won 't be able to qualify for a higher paying position, but I am happy where I am.

I always loved English in schools. Units when we explored Shakespear and F. Scott Fitzgerald were my favorite. This is what inspired my dream to become a renowned author all over the world. I want units to be taught about me, English classes that over analyze my work based off my life. I have spent years after high school to travel and learn about many different places and people.  

After high school, I took to traveling the world. during my travels I learned a lot about writers in the area and their histories with literacy. I pursued many leads and visited many art instalments to gain knowledge and inspiration for my own writing. My travels increased my worldly understanding and my knowledge of writing styles and scenarios. My travels have given me much to write about and the experience has encouraged me to pursue my dream of becoming a world-renowned author.  I want my writings to be taught alongside all of the greats. It has also informed my business strategies, I know what people like from seeing so many and I can focus marketing strategies to get more people to buy my books.
