Isaiah's floor of the tower is what one might consider a full apartment with a bedroom and a guest bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and 2 balconies with a view. Decoration is scarce, but when it does exist, it is usually some kind of modern art painting or bookshelf.

Isiah receives 900 thousand dollars USD from his parents every month as allowance, such petty change, so Isaiah owns a business buying and selling real estate in accordance with the markets, which nets him 100 thousand on average per month. Isaiah had nothing to spend his money on; everything was so cheap. he spent some money on books or servants, but for the most part, Isaiah had no use for his money until the contracts began. Isaiah began a new business, a cosmetic surgery office which he plans to be a front for his cybernetic augmentation business for contractors and supernatural folk.
