Biography

Red was a locally famous jazz vocalist among the Los Angeles community. James, her fiance, was an expert in cyber intelligence and engineering, specializing in AI. Recently, James staggered into their small condo, handed Red a large sword made from an unrecognizable material, and told her to run. Seconds later, several men barged into the apartment, shot James, and demanded the sword. In the ensuing chaos, Red managed to escape with severe injuries.

When she woke up, Royce Bracket had "repaired" her injuries by transforming her into an android. In a moment of surprise, Red reached over and grabbed the nearest object to attack Royce. She ran him through with the Transistor, thereby processing and absorbing his persona in digital form.

Now she is determined to rid the world of the technology she believes led to the death of her fiance.
