Description
The user brings a past trauma to the front of their mind. They channel the pain into a blaring psychic force that hits an enemy of choice, while pumping their hand in the air like a rockstar, as a form of defiance against their pain.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 45 feet, and roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling Wits + Influence, Difficulty 6.
Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 3.The target's Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.
Drawbacks
- Exhausting (After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.)
