Uses a totem of an animal to perform a ritual calling on local animal spirits or the eagle spirit to transform the user into the corresponding animal.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must actively and obviously use an animal totem to activate this Effect.
You transform into golden eagle or any region-appropriate medium-sized animal until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
While transformed, you may speak and use any Influence or Communication Powers you posses.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: technophobe.
A child's greatest gift is their imagination. In this case, in a convincing simulacrum of childlike wonder (within acceptable margins of error), MOLL(ⲩ) Imagines where soft targets are going to be standing in a few seconds, and then Imagines how to angle a gun so that bullets pierce their vital organs.
You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with firearms.
+2 dice to all firearms rolls.
You also gain the following effects:
Using a quick flourish to confound his opponent, Eric strikes quickly incapacitating his opponent.
This stems from his hours of practice with armed combat. It seems to be an almost unnatural gift. Touching a weapon he tunes in and is dialed into whatever combat he experiences.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with melee weapons.
+2 dice to all rolls with melee weapons. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using melee weapons.
You also gain the following effects:
Your eyes seem to magically glow for everyone. Your ability to see is unbound by any means, and while awake it's almost impossible to be surprised.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Eyes clearly glow blue.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
Sheriff Perkins can flash his badge and bark out orders to a person or a crowd, and they will have trouble ignoring his command.
Spend at least one Action to activate. All Sapient, Living targets within 20 feet of you are affected. You must actively and obviously use a police badge to activate this Effect. Communicate a command to your targets. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Any affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your targets will be compelled to follow your command to the letter-- but not necessarily the spirit-- of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Commands can put the target into a potentially self-endangering scenario, including Combat, though you cannot force a target to directly attack themselves. Commands may force a target to violate one of their Limits, and they will need to make a Trauma roll once the suggestion wears off.
This Gift's level is capped at 2 Gifts and cannot be increased further.
