Roy places the cane against the surface/individual he wishes to treat and begins to trace out different sections that need treatment with the cane tip, leaving a light blue mark where the tip of the cane touches. Upon finishing, tapping the cane against the ground causes the marks to seemingly glitch and invert, seemingly replacing itself with the targets usual form.
Roy focuses on his target, visualizing it in the 4th dimension. Roy then begins to pick out "impurities" and isolate them, before harmlessly shifting them into the 4th dimension.

You may cure any Non-Alien diseases, toxins, or poisons afflicting your target even if you have not diagnosed or fully understood it. You may cure diseases or poisons even if they are not treatable through modern medicine. During treatment, the malady you are treating does not progress or cause additional Damage or other effects.
You may use this effect to sanitize a 15-foot radius, destroying all poisons, toxins, diseases such that they are inert and cannot affect any new targets
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Mothsman is ever elusive, at times seemingly blending into his surroundings, and disappearing from sight. Rather than a physical or chemical change, it is a psychological effect on the observer.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are obscured in one of the following manners. You may Spend an Action to change the way in which you're concealed.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you from other, additional senses fails automatically. If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.
A walking corpse, if a well-kept one. It stinks slightly of freshly-spilled blood and looks fresh from a funeral-casket.
It was a late night, as he walked to the train station leaving a late night's shift... He was struck suddenly, by surprise. Then, he was dead.
...And then, he was alive once more.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are not in direct sunlight and you have fed on fresh human blood in the past 24 hours.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: unnaturally pale, stinks of blood. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living being when targeted..

No single organ in your body is critical for life. If any of your body parts are separated from your body, you may take Actions with the severed part for three hours. You may reattach severed body parts by spending an Action and Exerting your Mind.
You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.
Your Injuries no longer degrade with time.
You can squeeze through any cracks and passageways a cat would be able to.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: you cannot trust your life to someone else without rolling Self-Control.

'Marshal' would take out his knife and would slice his hand allowing his blood spill to the ground, and as it hits the ground, embers would take form where the blood was. It would be a sparse amount of embers barely noticeable, but taking a deeper look at the embers would see a symbol being made.
Anyone close enough to 'Marshal' would hear him mumbling to himself, and it appears that he is talking to someone else.
The Hellhounds themselves appear to have embers and shadows emitting from them, with firey eyes.. Each step they take leaves behind ember pawprints which disappear roughly 10 seconds later.
'Marshal' during what fateful night after coming back from a contract fueled with hatred of another contractor. During this night he would begin to make a ritual circle to call upon a devil of hell. During this summoning he apparently made a mistake, which forcefully summoned the devil instead of an 'Invitation' which pissed off the Devil.. Which caused the deal which was made that night to be 'Unforgiving' towards 'Marshal', although it does do what he wants which is to summon an Hellhound.
During this deal.. the Devil also decided to play a 'Prank' on 'Marshal' by giving him visions of his life that will be when he dies and goes to hell.. which plagues his dreams every night
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend 30 seconds to trap a region of any shape that contains your current location and fits entirely within five feet. This trap lasts until triggered or disarmed. You must actively and obviously use Knife/Dagger to activate this Effect.
The trap looks like Small Burning embers. Only those who have seen this trap before can identify it as a trap. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid or destroy it.
When setting the trap, specify the condition under which it will trigger. The trap can trigger against a target in the trapped region.
Summon a single Hellhounds at the trap. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

The user shouts out "Rabharta" and an a circle with a radius of 60ft appears in the target area. Transparent clouds fill an area of a dome, and begin to pour down rain.
Born of a desire for clean water, the power summons rain in a dome. It's important the word "Rabharta" be pronounced via the Ulster pronunciation, otherwise the power will not activate. The water is pure, and can be drank in a pinch.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a Location within 60 feet of you.
You create a hemispherical dome of Rain originating at the chosen Location, with a radius of 60 feet, and lasting for 5 minutes. The area inside your zone is affected in the following ways:
He physically says his commands to said target, clearing his throat and subtly influencing them.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least one Action to activate. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless Have to open command with “excuse me…” and Target can understand what I say.. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-endangering or self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You must have some means of communicating this command to your target, but no one other than you and them will understand or perceive it.
The Witch wiggles her fingers at her broomstick, and it leaps from the ground with a whoosh of wind. She may then hop on and fly around. It’s so fun, she often finds herself cackling uncontrollably.

You may ascend into the air and fly using your mind. Your Free Movement is Mind x5 feet/Round, including vertically. You cannot Dash. When sprinting, roll Mind and add your rating in Mind plus 1 to the outcome, multiply by 5 to find your sprint speed. Your encumbrance limit is 10 lbs per point of Mind.
You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:

Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.

You place a ward, which is fixed to a target Object that can be moved and repositioned. You can hear and see through the ward as though you were standing at its location. You may have at most 1 wards active at once.
The ward requires Concentration to monitor, though it will remain active until you deactivate it. The ward can be discovered if someone knows what they are looking for, but is otherwise inconspicuous and cannot be identified as a ward.

The hacker can overload any electronic device by fiddling with their smart watch for a moment. The targeted device shudders and gets white-hot before bursting into deadly shrapnel.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a object that uses electricity within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). You must actively and obviously use a smart watch to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Technology Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When a target is destroyed, it sends shards flying. Anyone within 5 feet of the object rolls 4d10 at Difficulty 6 and takes damage equal to the Outcome. Can be reacted to.
