The Psychic can speak directly into someone's mind, engaging in an entirely telepathic conversation. While they do, they take on a blank, vacant stare in the direction of their target, and appear to be muttering gibberish to themselves under their breath.
Spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet of you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you can see your target.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Augustine, despite no ‘proper’ medical training has a penchant for helping people out of tricky situations, including those with grave injuries. With the blessing of the afflicted, he can help out.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. Your target must also Exert their Mind to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Melee at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The Goblin King channels their power through their Bangmangi (a type of spiked club that acts as a wand) and calls upon nature to create a bolt of lightning, striking their foe
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 300 feet. You must actively and obviously use Club to activate this Effect. Roll Perception + Alertness Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded down against this damage.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
Corpor aims and fires, focusing deeply on his trajectory. Bang. The bullet seems to miss as the combatants almost laugh wildly before they are cut down whilst the bullet ricochets off of not only the scenery around them but the combatants themselves.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location no further than 40 feet from you and in your line of sight. You must actively and obviously use pistol to activate this Effect. The area within 25 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Dexterity + Firearms at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4.
If you successfully hit your target, the value of any Armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. For material armor, this penalty lasts until it is repaired. For intrinsic armor, it lasts until the end of Combat and any relevant wound is healed.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Smoke's first foray into learning how to control blood has given him an indirect influence over it. By focusing on the latent emotions present within blood he can subtly guide others into a specific feeling. This guidance however is nothing more than a nudge as the emotional whiplash from pain will override his influence.
Additionally, as the scent of resonating blood flares up it overwhelms Smoke's own senses with a hunger that keeps him from concentrating.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you your emotion chosen becomes Intense Hatred and you are outed as the cause of the effect. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, for the next minute, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is that the veins across your body suddenly shimmer with life for a brief instance of pumping blood. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.
If any affected target takes or deals Damage, this Effect ends.
Dr. Laz secretes a clear slightly viscous liquid from his hand(s) which covers the wound site and seals it from further contamination. The patient notices tingling spread from the wound site up to their spine, and shoot up to their head, drawing information and bioneural energy from the recipient as the wounds visibly close over the course of a minute
The fluid of course contains a portion of the Doc's own nanites, bearing instructions for closing the wound taken from his own subconscious mind. The mind fog the target gets is a "bleed" effect of tapping into the nervous system to get "local" input on the wound to better aid healing.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must also Exert their Mind to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6.

This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.

The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.

You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
