Lighting a target on fire deals 3 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be shredded by any Damage dealt, destroying material Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
The improvements to Russ's body have a few unforeseen consequences the wires that previously were there to intercept signals have begun to spread and wrap around the flesh and bone of Russ, while it is not completely dangerous as it does lend greater power and precision to his strikes than should be possible. The Spinal attachment has become much closer linked to Russ and while it would be harder to remove through force, should one use enough force the results could be catastrophic to his body.

Hefting the item in his hand, getting a sense for it's weight. Louis just has a sense for how and when an object was used. The warmth of the handle, the depth of the grooves beneath his finger tips. All of it tells him what and how an item's been meant to used, and if the big mean fucker in cell block three was the one who used it because he damn near crushed it in his palms.

Doc puts his hands on you and begins to mutter to himself in french. The effect is instant and horrible. You begin to remember all of the sins of your past, all the ways that you've wronged those who loved you. All of the terrible, evil things you've done on these contracts in order to survive. Doc seems to be in the grips of similar memories, tears running down his chin and dripping onto his hands that are pressed tightly against you. At the point where your mind feels like it's about to break, it's over. Just as quickly as it began. You feel your wounds begin to close.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The sound of rain drowns out all sound as dark gray droplets start to slick the ground. Cigarette smoke wafts through the air, assaulting the senses and making maintaining composure next to impossible. Liam stands in front of his comrades in a feeble attempt to guard them from the trained barrels of enemy rifles aimed down at them. In a single moment Liam's racing heart slowed its pace, and he clenches his fists as he starts to change. a reflection of something else in the area, which can be no larger than a person is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.
