Description

Hank throws a baseball at the targets head and, if he hits, renders them stunned and unable to act for a while. They may be prematurely roused by some significant jolt such as taking damage, being splashed with water, etc.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and roll Dexterity + Athletics, diff 4 plus the target's Wits, to throw a baseball at your target's head. The target may resist with a difficulty 6 Mind roll. If it hits, they are stunned for one round per success.
