Finding that the afterlife is far more complex than anyone suspected, Widow has become a reaper of her own. Gifted with terrible beauty and grace, Widow is as ageless as death itself. She has also become immune to the ravages of the heat and cold.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: pale, lanky, and gaunt, with a permanent sugar skull marking across her face.. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living being when targeted. Your Perception is increased by 1 and your Charisma is increased by 1.
You are immune to damage from cold. If cold is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. falling from a great distance into a vat of liquid nitrogen), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.
Your Injuries no longer degrade with time.
You are immune to damage from heat and flames. If heat is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. slashed with a flaming sword), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
The Severity of any Injury caused by holy is increased by 2.
Preston pulls his hat over his eyes and chants “hat of the magus reveal the magic to me!” He lifts the hat, revealing a glowing third eye sigil on his forehead.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: pull your hat over your eyes and wiggle your fingers in front of your face chanting “hat of the magus reveal the magic to me!”. You must actively and obviously use cone-shaped hat with stars and moons to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You automatically detect all magical beings within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
Kitty can use zir inverted soul to transfer some Antimana into an object, rendering it resistant to magical attacks, or extra powerful when used against magical beings
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless the bonuses are only granted against attacks by magical weapons, or magical entities. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you destroys the object. You must actively and obviously use prism to activate this Effect. Can be used on Armor.
Lasts the next day. Your target receives 3 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +3 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice. While it is upgraded, the item cannot be destroyed. Upgraded Armor is shredded by half the normal amount. If it is a piece of Armor, it instead receives half that amount as bonus armor rating, rounded up. If an upgraded shield and armor are both worn, the upgrade bonus does not stack with itself.
You may upgrade any number of Objects within a 10 foot radius of your target.
Upgraded weapons count as any material your opponent might be particularly vulnerable to. Upgraded Armor cannot be circumvented by called shots. Upgraded Devices do not run out of fuel or energy.
The lawyer waves the contract in the client's face, their eyes dull and unitrested. Having read it once, twice, thrice they finally sign. Confident they have fully understood it. But when they read it again, it's completely different.
Exert your Mind (unless the target has not yet signed a contract with you) and spend 2 Actions. Select a Human target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use a contract to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Culture at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If the contested Outcome is positive, a specific period of time (up to 1 hour long) from your target’s memory is replaced with new memories of your choosing. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories. Alterations you make must evoke confidence. Any alterations you make must feature yourself as you appear today in some way.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
Affected targets will invent new memories to justify the inconsistencies. For instance, if their memory was altered to include a new friend they don’t have, they may invent further memories of meeting that friend, spending time with them, etc.
Over time my people have learned how to harness our power of the bipeds to make them bow to our will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Living target within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next hour, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
Both attacking someone and being attacked will end the Effect.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you can see your target.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

Your target cannot be engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your targets. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Any affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your targets will be compelled to follow your command to the letter-- but not necessarily the spirit-- of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. Commands may force a target to violate one of their Limits, and they will need to make a Trauma roll once the suggestion wears off.

When sprinting, roll Mind and add your rating in Mind plus 1 to the outcome, multiply by 5 to find your sprint speed. Your encumbrance limit is 10 lbs per point of Mind.
You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:
