Legacy Power: Mudra of Protection

A 1 Gift Barrier Power used by Sav'ant Amida, created by SamrinSamrin.
Description
"You watch as Sav'ant's hand forms an O, and suddenly a heavenly halo of glowing red light emanates from behind him, as a glowing red ring of protect extends outwards from his feet: forming a spiriutal-esque circle of protection in a 15-foot radius around him. As the shots come through, you watch as they bounce off the threshold: as a shimmering barrier procs into view: before dissipating."
Sav'ant has the ability to preform a Mudra of Protection: by forming an O with his hand and targeting someone (even himself) within 20 feet hes able to summon a circular sphere of protection from outwardly harm: this sphere (and the casting and target) is incredibly obvious as the target and center of the barrier has a glowing red halo, and the barrier itself has a red tint to it. Sav'ant, like with all his other abilities, requires Buddhist Ornamentry, and requires the focusing and mental acuity of his mind in order to preform this Mudra, and that includes all the introspection that comes with it.
System
Exert your Mind, choose an Animate target within 20 feet, and roll Charisma + Occult Difficulty 6 as a Committed Action. If you succeed, the next Outcome + 1 Damage to that target is absorbed by the barrier. The Damage reduction from the Barrier applies before Armor, and is treated like Armor by any effects such as Armor Penetration.
You must maintain concentration while using this Power. That means you can only move at a slow walk, and cannot split your Action between using the Power and other Actions. The Barrier will fall if you are interrupted or if it absorbs the full amount of damage. When a Barrier falls, you cannot use this power again for a minimum of 6 - Intellect rounds.
Enhancements
- Tying Off (Any barriers you create last two hours, and you no longer need to maintain Concentration in order to maintain them.)
- Bubble Shield (Your barrier’s strength is doubled, and it protects everyone within a 15 foot radius of your primary target. However, any attacks that originate from inside the radius will not be absorbed.)
