Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living or Dead target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If you begin healing an Injury on a target that has been dead for less than a minute, and your healing reduces their Wound Level to a non-lethal level, their life is restored.
The bracelet on my wrist transforms into the blade in a slithering, almost wet manner, denoting from the sword's gimmick of it being alive. Once it has rested on my hand, it relaxes into shape, the shape being of a short sword with a crossguard, a small crystal in the pommel of the blade and with a simple silver glint on the actual blade.
My first-ever attempt at artifice, it is a simple sword with nothing too special about it besides its ability to condense in size.... Except for a few things:
• The ever changing formless handle that changes size and shape depending on the way I need to grip it, sometimes the blade grows long or shorter depending on how many hands are holding it.
• the small crystal on the pommel. It is in fact not for decoration but it is a small exposed part of the sword's true form, one that can sense my life force and can draw itself back to me within a certain range.
• a side of the sword that is sharpening and serrated, purely designed with the intention of tearing through armour that can't be cut in one go.
• the blue essence inside the blade's fuller. It is actually more of my life force that has been conjoined with the blade permanently hence why it works best with me, though I don't deny the idea that if it were taken in my death that it'd be willing to accept anyone else as its master.
• and finally, in its bracelet form, it has a single magical crystal, I suppose it's for keeping the blade in that form unless needed.
This Artifact can be used as a sword / axe. It is roughly the same size as a sword / axe but can be collapsed into a bracelet and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

The song feels as if it wraps around your heart and mind. Its tune seems mournful- but, then again, aren't you? Filled with the experience of your grief and pain being seen and understood, you feel at peace. You will never forget, no, but you can accept what happened and let go.
The act of letting go creates a mask, the design of which represents the trauma inflicted upon your heart.
The Song of Healing has the capability to heal a soul and give peace to those who cannot forget. Those who are tormented by what they have seen and felt are released from their pain, and given the ability to move on.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) to activate. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Over the course of one Downtime, your patient must communicate with you and reveal at least one of their Traumas to you, including the details of those Traumas and the circumstances of how they were acquired. After the full treatment time has elapsed, roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6.
Your target may Resist. If your treatment is successful, you may remove one of the patient's revealed Traumas without incurring any Experience cost.

This Artifact cannot be broken. If this Artifact is lost and in no one else’s possession, it finds its way back to its true owner during the next Downtime.
By default, the creator of this Artifact is its true owner. The true owner may formally bequeath this Artifact onto another person within arm’s reach, after which they are its true owner. If the true owner dies or is destroyed, their ownership ends. If this Artifact has no true owner, anyone may spend one day attuning to it to become its true owner.
This Artifact's true owner is always aware of the direction and distance to this Artifact.
The 255TE "Lancer" Rife fires an extremely deadly spike of plasma at its targets. Dazzle Glasses are advanced "black-tech" espionage gear. They can be styled as any sort sunglasses. When the wearer is recorded, they will quickly flash a non-visible laser into the recording device, destroying it after only a moment of footage is taken.
This Effect activates whenever you are recorded. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Non-Sapient Object within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. Roll Perception + Culture Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
The Scepter of Ang-Kapal is a gruesome device fashioned to look like a skeletal arm clutching a glass eye. When used, blood from the person holding is drawn into the eye where it swirls with dark energy. The eye turns to a nearby corpse and shudders, reviving the creature. The creature does not retain any of its memories or personality, but it is absolutely loyal to whoever is holding the scepter.
The Scepter of Ang Kepal has the unfortunate side effect of driving its owner mad.

You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts for eight hours or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Destroying one of your zombies requires a called shot to the head or heart. All other Injuries zombies suffer result in Battle Scars only, limiting their mobility and effectiveness in other ways.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.
