Exert your Mind and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: Working the crowd, with voices and gestures. to activate. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. Roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
First a chalk circle of runes is drawn upon the Floor. There should be at least 5 runes in forming the shape of a star within the boundaries of the circle each showing one aspect of the minion being summoned. Then the words of summoning are uttered in a language the wielder can not understand. The spirit that is made from this gift, has an almost purple hue to it and it will occasionally appear to be incredibly tormented as it thrashes against it's chains of undeath.

Your target rises as an Animate being which is ghostlike and incorporeal, unable to physically interact with the real world, though they may pass through walls and make noise. Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the affected corpse begin to move erratically, as if trying to escape their own flesh, screaming and writhing as nerve endings reignite in a final bid for life. This climaxes in what seems to be the soul of the dead individual tearing itself free and joining the user of this gift's side.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Stress ever exceeds 5.
A psychic cry rings out as a shimmering translucent orb envelopes them and they cease to exist for a brief moment. The mutant has left humanity behind. They're are muted to the core, with glowing blue blood and a hunched posture that makes them more suited for running on all fours than using equipment and vehicles.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: you have blue, bioluminescent blood and a hunched posture adapted to running on all fours. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living Creature when targeted. Your Dexterity is increased by 1.
Your body is adapted to sprinting. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to sprinting.
Any creature that consumes or is injected with your bodily fluids receives a Severity-1 Injury. Every minute, they must roll Body Difficulty 9. If they fail, the Injury worsens by 1 Severity. If they succeed, the Injury stops worsening.
You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.
