Bryce Flannigan, as a Dullahan can remove and reattatch his head at will, using cloth tied around it to wield it as a strange flail-like weapon.
He can still see, speak and eat in thi headless form.


You gain the following benefits at all times.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: posession of a removable head. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living Creature when targeted..

No single organ in your body is critical for life. If any body part is separated, it lives and can take Actions for one hour. Attacks do not get bonuses from targeting specific body parts. You cannot suffer an Injury with Severity greater than 6.

You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.

You may make a head flail attack without additional equipment.

Whenever you enter Combat, roll Mind, Difficulty 7. If you fail, you cannot choose which targets to attack.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

Your Brawn rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Brawn (cannot be used on combat rolls or Effect activations).

  • Beast of Burden: You may carry up to 50lbs per point of Brawn with no Penalty, and your Penalty when over-encumbered is -1 per 50lbs over this limit.

Injuries you receive from injuries at heart are increased in Severity by 1.

  • The increase in Injury Severity stacks with any similar effects, such as the Vulnerable drawback on Inhuman Physiology.
