Luci takes out her multi-tool and conducts rudimentary maintenance on an object, imbuing it with her shadow. It takes a lot out of her to use, but the result is usually worth it.
On firearms, her shadow will slink along the barrel and firing mechanism, making it far more efficient and adding its own kick to the fired bullet, making it deadlier while also assisting to manage recoil.
On melee weapons, the shadow slinks along the weapon with either barbs or thorns.
On armor, Luci's shadow hides under the armor and when a weapon or source of damage approaches, it seeps out and attempts to block or deflect the incoming damage.
Exert your Mind and spend an hour to activate. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless Luci must be in sufficient darkness or shade to cast this power.. You must actively and obviously use Multi-Tool/Swiss Army Knife to activate this Effect. Can be used on Armor.
For the next three months, your target receives 3 extra dice to all actions taken with its intended use. If it is a piece of Armor, it instead receives half that amount as bonus armor rating, rounded up.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Elvis has a way of making things look different he tends to create fans and other Elvis Impersonators.
Spend an Action to activate. Select a target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use Golden ring to activate this Effect. Choose an illusion to generate, which can be no larger than a briefcase.
The chosen illusion is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You cannot make an exact replica of an existing Animate being or Object.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion and can choose to perceive it or not at will.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Minerva wiggles her nose absentmindedly as she finds her target in the Dreamlands. Once she does, she slips into its Dream - for all things have Dreams - even objects. Once inside of its dream, she can talk with it, persuading it to behave as she desires.
"I am locked."
"Yes, but you *could* be unlocked."
-----------------------------------
It does require her to be able to focus properly and not distracted.
Spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Can be used on Alien technology. This Effect cannot be used unless you have no Body damage and your Mind is Agitated or better. Roll Charisma + Influence, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is nose wiggling. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
You create a false image, object, mark or other visible phenomena. Physical interaction reveals the image to be fake, and it dissipates immediately.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within arm's reach. Choose an illusion to generate, which can be no larger than a briefcase.
The chosen illusion is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.

As Bill starts to treat the issue, he proceeds to tie off the blood flow of the associated body part, unless it's the head. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain a phobia of holy things as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Through years of practice, the mobster is able to shatter someone's kneecap without much effort.

You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
