Once an Injury has been reduced in Severity by two levels, it no longer benefits from this effect and instead heals as normal.
Minerva begins subconsciously imposing her will on the world around her. Even without focusing, her as long as she's honest, her desire to be believed will make her be believed. Whenever she can hear something, read something... if it's not true, there's a soft... static, to it. She's learned what that means.
When she focuses... every word she says is just the word she has to say, and is taken in the most favourable manner. It's impossible to stay mad at her, or to deny her.
Anyone who sees her attacked feels a subtle reflexive instinct to protect and defend her, even if she isn't in the room. She's trying to learn to intensify that.

The Penitent extends his arms to the sides and looks up. As he does, dark blood will begin to leak through his hands, then his face, then his entire body, in large amounts. This blood will appear to move intelligently, as it envelops or completely covers the wound or scar of the other party. When the blood clears, the wound, or the scar is no longer there, but reappearing beneath the iron giant's armour
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. If a target does not consent to the transfer, you must roll Body at Difficulty 6 to use the effect on them. They can resist by rolling either Body or Mind at Difficulty 6, depending on what you are attempting to transfer to them.
You may choose a single instance of one of the following to transfer from your target to yourself, or from yourself to them:
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see blood leak through every crevice of the Penitent's armour, moving through the floor towards the target's injury, and "taking it" back to the Penitent..
Logan skillfully removes the skin flesh and muscle from the targeted area of a willing target. When the removal is completed, Logan moves onto the upgrading step this involves purpose fitting a series of metal plates hydraulics and complicated mess of wires that have been attached to the subject's nervous system so as to provide no loss of functionality in the targeted area..

The doctor is a master at surgical transplantation. As long as they have a donor part, they can replace any permanent, lingering battle scars on their patient. Of course, the transplanted part doesn't always match, and the patient must be careful to follow the doctor's aftercare orders, or the replacement will be rejected.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up a donor body part matching the injured area in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind a mismatched replacement on the target which cannot be healed.
The Vampire was cursed to forever be a vile creature of the night! Their skin has faded to a deathly pale, only regaining something close to human complexion in the immediate aftermath of feeding on human blood. For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.
Your commands can be complex and multi-layered, though they must still be specific. You cannot make them obviously endanger themselves or violate their instinct for self-preservation. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed.
Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
The seasoned necromancer's darkest art spits in the face of the natural order. Given sufficient preparation, they may temporarily revive any dead individual.

Your target rises as an Animate being. They remember their past life and retain their same personality. They can communicate as they would have been able to in life. They may roll Mind, Difficulty 8, to resist any commands you give them.
