You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-endangering or self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
Grace focuses her energy towards pulling someone into that pathway. If successful, the target’s vision will flutter in and out between their real-world view and being flat on their back, laid out on a table surrounded by cakes and tea sets in a desaturated forest clearing. The Dead Kid Tea Party stares down at them with hollow, prying eyes: Grace, Obedience, Sally, Horatio, and Hope staring into the grey area between your body and your consciousness, and reading.
The pathway to Grace’s mind for other souls is wide open. In the past, visitors have been relatively invited, but as Grace becomes willing to do more… what's keeping her from yanking someone in through the door?

Harry hasn't survived in his line of work for nearly 30 years for no reason - he has one rule and one rule only that he follows with almost religious fanaticism from the moment he opens his eyes in the morning up to the moment he passes out on his bed piss drunk with a bottle of cheap off brand liquor tightly clutched in his hand : always stay vigilant no matter the situation.
After all no matter what kind of unspeakable twisted mangled horror you're facing, the person standing right next to you might be just as bad, if not worse.
This constant vigilance, bordering on paranoia has saved his skin more than once, and is the sole reason he's not pushing daisies quite yet.
