While addressing a crowd, the influencer may use coded language to send secret messages to a particular person in the crowd. These messages can't be noticed or understood by anyone but the intended target.
Spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 10 miles of you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you are speaking to multiple people and the target is listening.
You may send a single message to your target. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your left hand making a fist. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
You gain true vampirism
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using Red Ruby and my armor to gain the benefits of this Effect.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: True vampire. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living being when targeted. Your Brawn is increased by 1, your Perception is increased by 1, and your Charisma is increased by 1.
You are immune to damage from cold. If cold is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. falling from a great distance into a vat of liquid nitrogen), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.
Your Injuries no longer degrade with time.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: You gain sharp inhuman Canines and small pointed Elf like ears.
Whenever you enter Combat, roll Mind, Difficulty 7. If you fail, you cannot choose which targets to attack.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: You must consume blood to live every four days if not you will lose body and die.
The Severity of any Injury caused by Holy water blessed weapons is increased by 2.
The kamaitachi that surrounds him has changed his body and shares its mind and memories Ricter, giving him alluring ice-blue slitted eyes, small pointed fangs, and a long black-colored tail covered in fur. Slowly turning him into one of them.

A yokai spirit of the wind has attached itself to him and has begun changing him for his survival, giving him sharpened teeth, perceptive eyes, a tail for balance, and sharing some of their knowledge with him in brief flashbacks. Crystalline Barrier manifests as a near-invisible, shimmering wall of crystalline glass that surrounds her. The barrier not only absorbs and deflects incoming attacks but also reflects them back toward the source. Its surface glimmers with a mesmerizing array of colors, refracting light in a dazzling display. Despite its delicate appearance, the barrier is incredibly resilient, providing an impenetrable defense against both physical and magical threats.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. You must use up a handful of glass beads in order to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Science at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 4 Damage. Any Damage absorbed by the barrier is reflected back to the attacker, up to a maximum of the Barrier Strength Parameter’s bonus. Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.

You are obviously supernatural and easily recognizable and True To Heart: You are bound to uphold your moral code. Whenever you fail a Murder, Lifesaver, or Injustice limit check, you psychosomatically take a Severity 1 Injury.

The survivalist spends a moment setting up a makeshift booby trap. The tripwires and pressure plates are so expertly hidden, they can only be noticed by those who have fallen victim to them before.
The victim is hit with a tiny curare dart. Pain wracks their body as a potent neurotoxin spreads through their veins.
Exert your Mind and spend 30 seconds to trap a region of any shape that contains your current location and fits entirely within 45 feet. This trap lasts one day or until triggered or disarmed. You must use up a dart in order to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Survival Difficulty 6.
The trap looks like a tripwire, a pressure plate, or a hidden switch. Only those who have seen this trap before can identify it as a trap. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Living target that enters the chosen region will trigger the trap. The target may contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. The target's material Armor is completely ignored.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
Instead of dealing Damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per Round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.

If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you cause a major Battle Scar instead of an augmentation. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Battle Scar and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.
The creature's claws rip through the poor, defenseless doctor's coat, opening deep gashes in their gut. It bares its fangs to lunge for the killing blow, but the doctor looks up at the attacker. Their eyes filed not with utter terror at their imminent demise, only a look of disappointment and pity. Touched, the monster hesitates. . .
This Effect activates whenever you receive a Severity 2 or higher Injury from an attack. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by remorse for hurting such a pure soul. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
The psychic can glean various important details about a person simply by engaging in a short conversation with them.
Spend one minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively converse with the individual in question for one minute in order to gather any information. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Influence at Difficulty 6.

The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.
