"Gift" of the Werewolf

1
You possess an augmented or inhuman body.
Used by Jacob Black, Created by nukestar.
(Your specific augmentation must be physically visible in some way, but it does not need to make you appear outwardly monstrous or socially unacceptable. )

Jakob Black's body is twisted in a way that is obviously supernatural, with digitigrade legs and a twisted hunchback.

A bad power, if your Inhuman Physiology looks similar to this, seek help.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: ________. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living Creature when targeted. Your Perception is increased by 1.

Your body is adapted to Hearing and Smell. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to Hearing and Smell.

No single organ in your body is critical for life. If any body part is separated, it lives and can take Actions for one hour. Attacks do not get bonuses from targeting specific body parts. You cannot suffer an Injury with Severity greater than 6.

While in Temperate Forest, heat, cold, pressure, and other atmospheric hazards do not affect you, and dangerous local flora and fauna will not bother you unless you give them a reason.

You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.

Your Injuries no longer degrade with time.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Soft Spot: Head.

Whenever you enter Combat, roll Self-Control. If you fail, you cannot choose which targets to attack and cannot stop fighting until there are no targets remaining.

You cannot wear standard human clothes. Using equipment, vehicles, or facilities designed for humans is not always possible and always comes with increased Difficulty.

You are incapable of fine object manipulation and can only hold or grasp things in a crude, clumsy way.

The Severity of any Injury caused by Silver and Holy Symbols is increased by 2.

  • When split into multiple pieces, only the "main" piece can activate Effects.
  • The increase in Injury Severity stacks with any similar effects, such as the Silver Bullets drawback on Regeneration.

Day has always wanted to know magic, and her favorite cantrip is "Mage Hand"

Day used a ritual she had found that required sacrificing fingers to gain the agility to summon mage hands to manipulate the world, as she gets older.

She wants to get more familiar with the magic hands agility, get stronger hands, more hands, more ability to attack and defend, create shields etc

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 4 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 4 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.

Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:

  • Line of Sight: You must be able to visually observe anything you interact with, and any actions that you are taking will end if their target moves out of sight.
  • Unarmed Combat: You cannot deal damage through unarmed combat or thrown objects with this Effect, though you may still grapple with targets.
  • Weapons: You cannot wield weapons effectively in combat.
  • Fine Tools: You are otherwise limited to actions that a normal human could do with their bare hands.
  • Maintaining Focus: You must maintain Concentration while taking Actions in this way. If you are Injured or interrupted, you must roll Mind at Difficulty 9 to maintain Concentration. If you fail, you cannot engage in telekinetic actions for the next 6 - Intellect rounds.
  • Levitation: If you are strong enough to lift yourself, you may levitate up to within 75 feet away from the ground. Movement is limited to 5 feet per Round.
  • Multiple Items: You can only interact with one thing or take one Action at a time.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Day is missing the pinky and ring finger of her left hand.

  • Any telekinetic actions which interact with Animate targets may require contested rolls at GMs discretion.

You gain the following benefits as long as piss drunk and you are engaged in unarmed combat.

+2 dice to rolls for Attacking, Defending, and Clashing without a weapon. Unarmed attacks do +0 Weapon Damage (instead of -1). The target's Armor is fully effective against this damage.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Armored Fist: You cannot take Damage from attacking a dangerous material (such as steel armor, a spiked carapace, or an acidic blob). You may Defend against melee, projectile, or firearm attacks from any range and Clash with those in range of your attacks.
  • Fight Circle: Only one opponent may engage you at melee range each Round.

  • If an enemy attacks you at melee range, you may only attack them that Round (unless they are defeated). Likewise, if you attack an enemy at Melee range, only they may attack you that Round (unless your attack defeated that enemy). Essentially, use standard kung-fu movie rules.
  • Unlike the Ability Brawl, this Effect does not affect small weapons such as knives.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with firearms.

+2 dice to all firearms rolls.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Point Control: Called Shots that you attempt only require a Contested Outcome of 2 for small targets and 4 for tiny targets.
  • Double Tap: “If you are wielding more than one firearm, you may make a single Attack roll to attack that many targets, splitting the Outcome evenly between them. You choose which target is hit by each weapon and how to allocate any remaining Outcome.
  • Finesse: You may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level to inflict on the target, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.
  • Quick Fingers: Drawing your weapon is a Free Action as long as it is on your person. You may reload or swap ammo as a Free Action.

You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using 2-piece suit to gain the benefits of this Effect.

You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty.

Entering Combat or being Injured does not cause the Effect to end early. Anyone you attack will immediately notice you; anyone else may re-roll to notice you each time you take a Combat action, at -1 Difficulty per Combat action you have taken. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 day.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Compulsion to attack people who make a joke at their expense.

  • GMs should use their discretion when determining the exact impacts of this Effect, particularly in conjunction with environmental factors. Standing still against a complex background may render you impossible to detect, and footprints in snow may make it easy. A chance to detect you is not guaranteed.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.

  • Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
  • Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
  • Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.

Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.
