As Joe looks upon the target with compassion, his skin becomes vibrant. The target soon feels the warmth of the sun balanced by a cool ocean breeze from head to toe. The sensation fades as quickly as it came, and an unusual tattoo is the only evidence of their Scar.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar will heal immediately. Your patient is required to attempt to convert the first five people they interact with each day to Pacifism (likely via Charisma + Influence or Performance rolls) for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Joe's skin becomes vibrant like he just had a 3-hour full-body massage. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind a tattoo like the rippling effect of sunlight shining down through water that faintly glows in the dark on the target which cannot be healed.
Emily holds up a hand, and takes her glove off with her teeth. On the back of her hand is a QR code.
Holding this code up alerts the nearest drones. A pigeon will fly over, and settle on her arm - and begin sharing directly from the federal database - everything they've got on the target. They're everywhere.
She seems to twitter back - like an insane woman talking to a bird. Weird, huh?
Spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You cannot investigate the same target more than once per hour. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Technology at Difficulty 6.
You learn a single specific piece of information, chosen from the following list, about your target:
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is a pigeon comes out of nowhere and starts tweeting at me from my arm. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Paranoia.
A sort of natural armor, a protective layer is formed just beneath Akira’s skin. Granting him marginal protection against most forms of harm.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 6 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
This power makes your arms swell with muscle, both as a protective covering, and increasing one's strength tremendously. This effect is almost immediate, as your body wills the muscle into existence almost subconsciously, to meet the needs of the contractor.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action to activate.
You transform into Fists Like Meat Hammers for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Fists Like Meat Hammers, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Bonus Damage (instead of the typical -2).
You do not suffer wound penalties while in your Alternate Form.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Arms grow to inhuman size, discolored from the muscles' distortion.
You are incapable of fine object manipulation and can only hold or grasp things in a crude, clumsy way.
When you activate this Effect, roll a single D10. if the result is 5 or lower, you receive a Severity-1 Injury and a Minor Battle Scar.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Brawn + Brawl at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 10. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
Damage spreads to targets beyond the edge of the initial radius, decreasing by 2 Damage for every 5 feet traveled.
Any object destroyed or individual killed in your blast turns to dust. Any parts of structures within your blast radius are destroyed and cannot bear a load or block movement. Your blast leaves a 15 foot deep crater in the ground and deals +1 Damage.
Anyone who takes damage from the blast is knocked back away from you by a distance equal to the radius. They must succeed a Body roll, Difficulty 9, or be stunned for 1 round.
If you successfully hit your target, the value of any Armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. For material armor, this penalty lasts until it is repaired. For intrinsic armor, it lasts until the end of Combat and any relevant wound is healed.
When activated there is a visual tremor that shudders through the substrate the nail is embedded in - this immediately bring on the fear of enclosed spaces in all those effected. Edgar sets the trap by scratching a sigil on the head of the nail, then hammers it into a surface with his fist. Anyone who concentrates on the sigil can freely pass these traps without setting them off.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to trap a region of any shape that contains your current location and fits entirely within 20 feet. This trap lasts until triggered or disarmed. This Effect cannot be used unless you set it in an enclosed area. You must use up a coffin nail in order to activate this Effect.
The trap looks like a coffin nail driven into a surface. Only those who have seen this trap before can identify it as a trap. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Sapient target that enters within 20 feet will trigger the trap. All Sapient targets within 20 feet of them are also affected. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically.
If they fail, affected targets will take 1 point of Mind damage and gain Claustrophobia as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Through their faith, the priest is able to stretch bread or fish to extreme lengths, feeding a seemingly endless number of people from meager supplies.
Spend an Action. Select a target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use bread or a fish to activate this Effect.
For the next 24 hours, your target does not require any food, water, or sleep. Any attempts to age your target fail.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
The mobster knows a guy they can call for a hired goon, who arrives about a minute later. The goons are dumb as bricks, but tough nonetheless, perfect for sending a message when you need to keep your hands clean.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must actively and obviously use a cell phone to activate this Effect.
Summon a single goon at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The toon shouts a catchphrase, strikes a pose, and then zips away at a high speed, leaving a cloud of dust behind. While moving, they look like a blur.

The Vampire was cursed to forever be a vile creature of the night! Their skin has faded to a deathly pale, only regaining something close to human complexion in the immediate aftermath of feeding on human blood. They are weakened when exposed to direct sunlight or when they have been unable to feed in the past day, but otherwise has gained inhuman strength, speed, and irresistibility from their devil's bargain.
