Every Reaper has their means of taking the souls they are assigned to. Widow, having an affinity for daggers in life, upholds that tradition in death.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Knives.
+2 dice to all rolls with Knives. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using Knives.
You also gain the following effects:
- Riposte: If you successfully Defend against a melee or unarmed attack, you deal damage equal to your excess Outcome plus Weapon Damage back to your attacker.
- Two Swords are better than One: If you are wielding two melee weapons, your Weapon Damage is increased by 1, and you receive +2 dice to any Clash. If you split your Outcome to attack two targets, any target you successfully hit takes the full Weapon Damage and full Bonus Damage.
- Reminder: Bonus Damage stacks with Weapon Damage, but does not stack with any other Bonus Damage. Instead, the highest Bonus Damage is used.

You also gain the following effects:
- Assassin: If your attack Injures your target, they cannot make a sound, even incidentally, for a single Round. Even the sound of their body and equipment dropping to the ground is silenced.

+2 dice to all rolls with blades. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using blades.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: soft stomach: stabbed in tummy now it hurty :(.

- Riposte: If you successfully Defend against a melee or unarmed attack, you deal damage equal to your excess Outcome plus Weapon Damage back to your attacker.

Dragon Hunter

The Dragon Slayer has trained extensively in the art of swordsmanship, preparing themself to one day bring down the entire species. Their dedication has resulted in the ability to cut through armour like butter, and lop the heads off lesser men.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Sword.
Your attacks with Sword deal +3 Bonus Damage. Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage.
- Reminder: Bonus Damage stacks with Weapon Damage, but does not stack with any other Bonus Damage. Instead, the highest Bonus Damage is used.
Soldiers Hatred
Anger and Fury towards the enemy
Remembering his training, getting memories as to how they were taught to simply feel no emotion aside from hatred and anger towards the enemy, to have no feelings and see them as the shit stain of the earth it kicks in farther and further when he is picking up the artifact and remembering the monsters that were people that he killed during the war. Practicing the anger of yesteryears past he attains a new height of skill and is able to use it with weapons used by soldiers of both past, future, and present.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact and you are engaged in combat with Military Melee Weapons.
Your attacks with Military Melee Weapons deal +3 Bonus Damage. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
You also gain the following effects:
- Bullet Parry: You may React to and Defend against firearms and other projectiles with Military Melee Weapons.
- Dismember: If one of your attacks causes a Battle Scar, you may choose for it to be some form of dismemberment, depending on the Severity of the Injury you caused.
- Fancy Footwork: You may move your full Dash distance and attack with your Melee weapon in the same Round without penalty. You may also split your movement before and after your attack.

+2 dice to all rolls with swords. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using swords.
You also gain the following effects:
- Finesse: When Attacking a single being, you may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.
- Two Swords are better than One: If you are wielding more than one melee weapon, you may Attack with all using the highest Weapon Damage, plus 1 for each additional weapon. If you reserve a weapon, any Clash or Defend roll you make is -1 Difficulty, and mob penalties are ignored. Maximum +5 Damage from bonus weapons.
- Whirlwind: You may Exert your Mind to apply your next attack to any number of targets who are within melee range.

+2 dice to all rolls with melee ninja weapons. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using melee ninja weapons.
You also gain the following effects:
- Assassin: If your attack Injures your target, they cannot make a sound, even incidentally, for a single Round. Even the sound of their body and equipment dropping to the ground is silenced.
- Falling Crane Strike: If you move and then make a successful attack against a target closer than the full distance you could have moved, you may choose to travel the excess movement in a straight line beyond the target.
