Luci likes to play peekaboo but due to thr unfortunate circumstances of Jules death and thr previous contract, Luci can't help but look over her shoulder at every turn and be at least somewhat suspicious of everything and everyone around her.
Luci pulls up a head covering of some sort. A pulse radiates from the shadow casted on her face and rolls across her entire body, covering it in a thin fragile veil of refraction for her Invisibility.
When it comes to Arcane, Luci simply blends well into the background, like a mob NPC. She is there in plain sight- so plainly within sight that she is difficult to notice, and this applies to all attempts to find her. Search on the internet? She merely bleeds into the background. Hunting down her trail? Mixed into the rest of the environment.
Mechanically, takes advantage of the destructive interference of light waves, around her person and items, effectively making it impossible for her to be perceived through the visual light spectrum.
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using A hood, shawl, or head covering of some sort to gain the benefits of this Effect.

If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. Activating a targeted or obvious Effect, attacking, or being Injured ends the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for one minute.
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Paranoia.

When Cassie is touched, even through clothing, the target's mind rattles in their skull, dazzled with confusing sensations as they are concussed by magic
Spend an Action. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is touching you, upon which they suffer the effects. However, the target does not fall asleep once drowsiness ends, only if the knockout is successful. Roll Dexterity + Athletics at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Body at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 3 Rounds, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall into a state of sleep paralysis for Outcome x 3 rounds. During this time, they remain fully conscious and aware of their surroundings but are incapable of taking any actions.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, but may still be woken up by sudden loud noises, being jarred or splashed with water, taking Damage, or similar rousing events. They will also awaken before dying of hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
When activating this Effect you may attempt a knockout. If you do and your Contested Outcome exceeds 4, the target falls asleep immediately. Otherwise, they suffer the drowsy penalty for 2 Rounds.
When an affected target wakes up, they remain drowsy for the next minute, and suffer a -3 dice penalty. If an affected target successfully resists being put to sleep, they will still become drowsy for the next minute, and will suffer the same penalty.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the target's eyes bulge, and their veins pop, brain rattling in their head.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Guido will never grow larger than the egg he hatched from, a side effect of the massive amounts of Temporal Radiation he was subjected to in "transit."
This mutation is also responsible for Guido's genius level intellect.
Not directly related to mutation, it seems that the fossil record failed to record his particular type of Diplodocus is an arctic variety, adapted to cold weather with a feather coat & insulating fat reserves. When faced with extreme heat, Guido has learned to dissipate the heat through his psychic shields, causing a flaring visible to the eye when this effect occurs.
It should be noted that Guido is effectively an animal despite these qualities.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: Tiny Sauropod. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living Creature when targeted. Your Dexterity is increased by 1
Your body is adapted to Sprinting. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to Sprinting.
You are immune to damage from cold. If cold is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. falling from a great distance into a vat of liquid nitrogen), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
Your body provides you with the functionality of Welding Tools. If used to attack, these "tools" use the same stats as a small knife.
You cannot wear standard human clothes, and using many sorts of vehicles and facilities is difficult.

Ana is learning to tap into the power of the ley lines and access true magic. She has learned to create a barrier around herself to protect herself from attacks. When the barrier is activated a pair of ethereal curtains close in front of her, and reopen when the barrier falls. While her barrier is active she appears to be surrounded by an aura of shimmering light.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Roll Dexterity + Athletics at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 4 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.

When the Vampire's lust for blood is satiated, their injuries heal at a remarkably fast rate and new injuries are quickly stabilized. While healing, the Vampire's skin retains its deathly pale appearance, as any blood he consumes is being used to repair his wounds.
You gain the following benefits as long as as long as you have drank a half gallon (lethal) amount of blood in the past 24 hours.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: perform a fire-breathing trick. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you take a Severity-4 Injury as the fire burns your throat. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a fire in a residential fireplace at your target. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 3 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.

This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
