Minerva's power over the world deepens to the point where even actions that aren't conscious thought can influence it deeply. A pique of anger gives way to a desire that something doesn't exist. The subject of her focus has a split second to truly believe it does in fact exist - should it fail to make that argument, it doesn't.
"To understand a thing is to know the manner by which it might be destroyed. A fundamental understanding of the basic building-blocks of the Universe is essential, then, to the total destruction of everything."
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. You must actively and obviously use silver fox pendant to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. Roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 6. Armor is fully effective against this Damage.
You may use this Effect to Defend or Clash in Combat, including against ranged attacks such as firearms.
This effect is applied to the target and all targets within 5 feet. It can “jump” up to 5 times.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: More Thought than Form: Failing a limit roll causes a momentary crisis, and Minerva's form flickers. She takes a severity one from this.
A body left in a state of staleness. His psychic ability holds his heart, keeps it pumping as it creates an illusion of his body state.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
If you would take an Injury that would kill you, you don’t die. Instead, you survive in an Incapacitated state. Your body leaves behind a token. You remain incapacitated until the following ritual is performed with the token: Leaves behind a body full of cotton. Person must succeed a investigation roll..
While Incapacitated, your only weakness is Give a lobotomy to Charles, and if you take damage from it, you will die. Damage from other sources will still be dealt and can cause Battle Scars, but will never kill you. If your weakness is not immediately intuitive or obvious, attackers may be able to make some sort of knowledge roll to discover it, at GMs discretion. After you return, the Injury that would have killed you, as well as any Injuries sustained while Incapacitated, are healed. Battle scars obtained during this time remain.
The nanotech in his blood filters out unnecessary information and cycles in the new important information.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Intellect rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
Gaia has given Gofer a gift for his service, allowing him to shape her children, even after they’ve been refined into objects.
Exert your Mind (unless you are Sculpting) and spend an Action. Select a Location within arm's reach. You must be in an area abundant with trees and foliage.
Select one of the following alterations to create out of Wood and Foliage originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts three hours but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 3 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
You may sculpt your walls, domes, or tunnels as you create them, without any additional activation time or cost.
No longer flesh; but mahogany, steel, nickel and copper.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 6 Armor, which reduces incoming damage from all sources of physical attack except Fire. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
For some odd reason, this old man fights like he's a man in his prime. Two sticks, one rested on his shoulder, the other pointed towards the ground. With every good hit, tribal drums sound.
"I learnt this from a man named Dimaculan Bomboclat Fernandez, a Filipino Martial Artist... Or rather, I stole it."
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Kali Sticks.
+2 dice to all rolls with Kali Sticks. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using Kali Sticks.
You also gain the following effects:
The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within arm's reach. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
The Necromancer stands over a corpse and makes a series of grandiose lifting gestures. The corpse rises from the ground as though suspended by invisible strings, barks a pained groan, and lands on its feet, now a full-fledged member of the living dead.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. You must use up a corpse in order to activate this Effect.
Summon a single zombie at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
The aquamancer has internal reserves of water that they may call upon when needed, and it will gush out of the pores in their skin wherever it is directed.
Spend a Quick Action.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store units of water in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
The vampire sucks a copious amount of blood from a human and replenishes their own cursed flesh.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute. This Effect cannot be used unless you drink blood directly from a human until it injures them. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see you drink blood directly from the vein.
Through the use of clever rhetoric, the spy is able to inspire a surge of emotion in a target with whom they are speaking.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. This Effect cannot be used unless you are engaged in conversation with the target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
