Every day he becomes closer to the yokai spirit of the Kamaitachi, a creature of the wind that summons dust devils and whirlwinds passively. Even now he is beginning to summon these anomalies passively without realizing it. As such he becomes more in tune with the wind, feels its flow, moves quicker using it, and reacts much faster than any normal person is capable of.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

Slippery bastard
The subject possesses inhuman agility and reflexes, most recently showing the ability to dodge fast moving projectiles with ease.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Bullet Time: Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to make a single dodge roll that applies its full Outcome to any attacks made against you that Round, including ones which cannot ordinarily be dodged, such as bullets.
- Centered: You have perfect balance. You cannot be knocked over, and can maintain your footing regardless of the size or stability of the material underneath you.
- Infinity-Jointed: Your body is incredibly flexible, allowing you to maneuver and squeeze through tight spots as if you were the size of a cat, and you get +3 dice to rolls which require extreme flexibility, such as escaping grapples.
- Track Star: You may always move at your full Sprint speed without any penalty.
- Reminder: to calculate the distance you can sprint in one round of combat, add together Dexterity + Brawn + 1, and multiply that by 5 feet.

He Walks Unshaken
Marcus crossed into Eden once without knowing the cost. He delivered a package, just like always. When he returned, his face was already changing.
The skin from his brow to chin faded to a stark, unnatural white — not bleached, not burned, but as if Eden itself had peeled away who he was and left only function behind. No pain. No infection. Just a mask-shaped scar. Pale. Immaculate. Unblinking.
People say he looks like he’s wearing a mask even when he’s not. Some ask if it’s radiation sickness. Others just stop asking. There’s something ritualistic about it — like a face meant to be seen before you die.
He moves like death’s own courier — balanced, precise, never faltering. The world doesn’t trip him. It just gets out of his way.

Luciole has plenty of experience being around a mob of people who could reach out towards her at any time. For better or worse her first instinct is to shrink away - it's a slight to those who try, but she's better safe than sorry. Such is the life of one who walks on thin ice trying not to hurt the Order's pride...
She'd much rather not be seen at all, but this will have to do.
On touch:
I hug my plushies all the time. That's enough! If it was anyone else, I wouldn't know what to do. Holding hands is already a very big thing - are they going to come after me for that? Touch between people is a very intimate thing - it's just not right if it's not between people who share blood or... what's it called... a "matrimonial bond". Y'know, I don't think I'll ever get married - it just seems like a big hassle, and for what? If you really loved someone you wouldn't need a grand gesture to show it. I love my stuffed animals. At least they like me back. They've stayed.
On mobs:
It happens all the time - so many people who stare down at me (it's not that hard, I'm not very tall) and threaten to take things away and whatnot... it's honestly gotten dull at this point, but it doesn't make them any less- well, interesting. I say interesting, but those in the field know what "interesting" really entails - if we've got actual thoughts on an artwork, one word could never express it all. What if I said it was thrilling? It sends shivers through my heart and it's buzzing like a dozen bugs have started to electrify it, I feel so alive that I can't stand still, my mind splits and rejoins and I can't tell which one is myself (but we are all Luciole, it's clear by now).
On the Order:
That was my Family! Probably still is, I can't just erase the fact with a few words and thoughts. It's not on me to decide because I haven't reached that prestige yet. They watch over me. In return I must watch over those I love. I love everyone so I must watch them all. Do I want to have the choice? (How much do I want?) Well...
On tinnitus:
I never chose this. I never wanted to be this way. My body wasn't meant for this. Yet here I am pushing it to its limits and I can hardly breathe anymore. They're everywhere. They're watching. They can get me anytime, I can't calm myself and let my guard down now. They're speaking. So many of them. I can't hear much else so I'm listening. I'm happy. I'm fine. This is so normal. My heart is beating out of its chest and everything is too much, too exhausting, but I have to keep going if I want to help them so they'd let me stay-

P.A.M
Percision Acuator Matrix
A gently glowing circle at the center of Freya's back acts as a V.I Core for the V.I required to assist Freya in the new, advanced methods of locomotion and bodily control available to her.
The V.I is based off of an old version of Freya's code, it even has another learning chip installed. Theoretically, if left alone long enough, they would gain sapience the same way Freya did. The only issue is that Freya does not have time to wait years for another of her kind to be born.
Freya calls the V.I Pam, though she hopes one day they'll be able to tell Freya their name on their own.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your V.I Core.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
