Ringo vomits explosively. Once, twice, thrice. Each heaving convulsion brings up a writhing cluster of black mass to splat wetly in front of him. Instantly, he can feel his connection, the pervasive strangeness that is having parts of himself separated from his body.
The Flesh Puppet look the same as Ringo but the only thing that is noticeably different about the Flesh Puppet is that it has no face.

Minerva lets out a breath, closing her eyes and reaching her paw out towards her target. She slips into the vault of her targets mind, walking the archives of their memory. Each vault is a reflection of its owner, and sometimes they're weird. But Minerva is getting the hang of tracing though the archives of memory quickly enough. She has to leave herself a bit of herself in the Dreamlands, though.

Part of the void's makeup consists of collective unconscious memories of those both living and dead. It is a dangerous place to travel and Void Travellers such as Athena require a method or focus to safely sift through it. However, occasionally, she oversteps her reach- to which the void demons and deities will tend to punish severely.

The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.

This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.
You may make an oath with a physically-present, Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
