When crafting the oath, the user will play with the ring on their finger.
When the deal is struck, the participant will immediately sense a force and shift in cosmic energy to signify that the deal has been struck.
Promises are promises after all...
This Effect cannot be used unless Wearer says: "We have a deal".
You may make an oath with any number of physically-present, Sapient targets. Communicate the oath's terms to the targets, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and all participants must "We have a deal" to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The targets cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the targets, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
You may revert a penalty for breaking one of your oaths on any participant other than yourself.
Whenever a participant breaks the oath, you are immediately made aware and may even witness the act as if standing nearby.
It is obvious to your targets that the oath you are proposing will be supernaturally enforced.
As Aaron falls knowing that he has failed his lifelong mission, he raises a hand to the sky and takes his final breath.
This Effect activates whenever Falling unconscious. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. fully effective If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
Damage spreads to targets beyond the edge of the initial radius, decreasing by 2 Damage for every 5 feet traveled.
If you successfully hit a target with this Effect, the value of any Armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. This penalty lasts until the armor is repaired.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Then the user puts his hand in the wallet, he feels around for a bit before bringing up the object that is needed. Only the user would know that it is a perfect replica of any identification card or anything of the sort.
Spend an Action. Select a target within arm's reach. Choose an illusion to generate, which can be no larger than a briefcase.
The chosen illusion is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You cannot make an exact replica of an existing Animate being or Object.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion and can choose to perceive it or not at will.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.
Any illusion made to disguise an Object as a different Object with a similar size and shape last a minimum of one day and can only be broken by a scientific analysis, investigative Effects, or witnessing the object being used in an inconsistent way.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
The knife is so well maintained that, at just the right angle, even space in front of it seem like but for moments. Splitting apart and revealing the otherside.
Edit: Good enough as is
Spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Location which is at most 75 feet away horizontally or 15 feet away vertically. If you are using this Effect as a Reaction, you must travel at least 10 feet.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
Instead of physically passing through the air, you are teleported directly to your destination. Does not allow you to go through walls, cages, or grapples.
When you use this Effect as a Reaction to dodge, if you Exert your Mind to activate the Effect, you do not need to roll; your dodge is automatically successful.
Connected to each joint of the user are servo motors designed to accelerate the users speed and make them faster than they normally are, although looking at the servo motors they do seem to have blue light coming from the center of them.
