Standing at a safe distance, with a clear line of sight to the sky and the location he’s targeting, Ethan Storm prepares to unleash his unique ability. His eyes fix on a point in the open field, 60 feet away. The air around him grows tense, charged with anticipation.
Ethan extends his arms, not towards the tornado, but outward, as if to embrace the vast expanse of the sky. His concentration is laser-focused, and the atmosphere responds to his silent call. Above the chosen location, the clouds begin to swirl menacingly, converging into a spiraling mass.
With a subtle movement of his hand and a deep exertion of his mind, Ethan commands the elements. A hemispherical dome of a tornado bursts into existence, its radius encompassing the 60-foot area he envisioned. There are few visual cues; however, the target gets a cold, uneasy feeling like they are being watched. The feeling is of something angry at them and themselves. Almost shameful. Meanwhile, the closest duelling pistol or smoothbore flintlock will unlatch or float from wherever it is and start moving toward the target at supernatural speed. Charging and holding the gun, a ghost-like figure will flicker in and out, looking like a slender, frail woman. She looks like a woman of solid noble heritage. She will rush forward until she gets right in front of you. She will put a traditional duelling pistol against the chest right in front of the target's heart before firing.

The user uses the Mutagen Injector to inject the target with a bubbling red liquid, which causes the target's flesh, bone, and organs to mutate and develop hard cancerous growths. Over time, these growths spread throughout the target's body, eventually proving fatal.
After obtaining a blood sample from a genetically-engineered werewolf, Xaver researched it's properties, and found that it contained independent compounds which could self-replicate any organic solution it is present in if stimulated correctly, and cause rapid cancerous mutations in most living tissues. Xaver is currently using this to expedite his research, creating cancer biopsy samples from various healthy tissue samples. While the mutagen takes time to self-replicate, it does create enough to be used once per day.
