My glasses! I can’t have supernatural senses of perception without my glasses!

You gain the following benefits as long as you have your glasses.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
Kyles brawn has now just bulked and he got kicked off the wrestling team as he has broken too many.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Brawn rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Brawn (cannot be used on combat rolls or Effect activations).
You also gain the following effects:
SCP-XXXX's tongue is long and prehensile, with a pointed tip and a series of sharp barbs along the underside. The tongue is able to stretch to a length of up to two meters when fully extended. It is covered in a layer of mucus that helps it slide through flesh and muscle easily, allowing SCP-XXXX to pierce the skin of its victims and extract their blood with minimal resistance.
The tongue is also highly muscular, allowing SCP-6284 to manipulate it with precision and strength. When not in use, the tongue is stored within SCP-6284 mouth, coiled up like a snake. The tongue's appearance is often described as both alluring and grotesque, with its sharp barbs and mucus-covered surface contrasting with its smooth, sinewy texture.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Thrusting Sword (Dex + Brawl, Dif 6, +2). If hit with this proboscis like appendage then the target gains a -1 dice penalty to all physical rolls..
Your appendage has a grip that is hard to shake. While grappling a target, when contesting their physical actions, you may roll your full dice pool, but it only counts as a Quick Action.
Bluedo focuses on things he wishes to move. As he does so, rainbow sparkles appear around them causing them to float. Why this took the form of rainbow sparkles, he has no idea.
This was a bit of an odd one. Bluedo went to visit the shaman, as was his custom, and the shaman instead of just teaching him things had him wear a leaf loincloth and go prancing in the woods. This was very strange, but Bluedo followed the instructions with minimal question, and somehow as he did so he felt...freer. When he got back to the shaman after dancing around for a couple hours, the shaman had him focus on a couple things and lo and behold, he found he could lift things with his mind! How all these things connect, he has no idea.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 4 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 2 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.
Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
Once nanobots detect damage to the host, they rush to damaged area of the host, and start assessing and repairing the damage done to the host. There are some complications when the host is electrocuted, however - it causes interference, causing nanobots to ignore the injury. In addition, nanobots can't do much if a major blood vessel is severed, as host bleeds nanobots faster than they can heal the wound. Observers may be concerned by host rapidly recovering from their wounds in a single day.
While the nanobots are capable of self-replication, and they abuse this capability to keep the host healthy, the built-in failsafe ensures that they cease to function once they leave the host - most frequently when hosts receive wounds and start bleeding all over the floor.
Of course, there are some, one might say, unforeseen consequences to nanobots continuosly repairing the damage done to the host. But surely the host won't be wounded too heavily or too frequently for those to kick in, right?
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Any Injury you receive from a source other than electricity heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every 6 hours, starting once it becomes stabilized. You may also Exert your Mind and spend an Action to reduce the Severity of a single stabilized Injury by 1. Does not affect Injuries suffered as an activation cost for Effects.
Battle Scars caused by your Injuries will remain.
Injuries you receive from electricity are increased in Severity by 1.
Upon use, layers of Isaac fade away, stripping him of his corporeal form till only a semi transparent nervous system remains, yet his other layers still there but not seen.
His research has led him into more forbidden knowledge, throwing his mind through the ethereal plane. As a side effect, his soul absorbed an essence of the realm, allowing him to somewhat cross over. Using this, he slips slightly into the unseen plane of the spirit world, feeling cold and rattled while there.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You are obscured in one of the following manners. Lasts 30 minutes.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you from other, additional senses fails automatically. If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see your skin fade away, then muscles, then skeleton, till all that’s left is a semi transparent nervous system.
True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
Once the werewolf tastes the blood of their prey, there's no escape. Those injured by the beast's claws and teeth are marked with its saliva. Their wounds smell strongly of blood, and it's only a matter of time before the werewolf returns with a vengeance to finish the kill.
This Effect activates whenever a target you have injured with your teeth or claws escapes the range of your unarmed attacks. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is alive and bleeds.
Your target is marked with a throbbing wound that smells strongly of blood. The mark can only be discovered with a deep medical inspection or Effect. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's direction and distance from you. This lasts for the next month, or until either the mark is removed, or you choose to end the Effect. You can have up to 1 mark active.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
The magician dons their wizard hat, raises their arms, wiggles their fingers, and a rain of sparks fly woosh around an object. It shudders to life and follows the magicians commands, including to do things it was not designed to do.
Exert your Mind and an Action. Select a Inanimate target within arm's reach which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters). You must actively and obviously use a pointed hat with stars and moons to activate this Effect.
Your target will become Animated indefinitely. You may choose to end the effect at will, as a Free Action. You can maintain a max of 4 targets animated at once.
Animated Objects have the following restrictions and capabilities:
The seasoned necromancer's darkest art spits in the face of the natural order. Given sufficient preparation, they may temporarily revive any dead individual.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last month.
Your target rises as an Animate being. They remember their past life and retain their same personality. They can communicate as they would have been able to in life. They may roll Mind, Difficulty 8, to resist any commands you give them.
The creature lasts for eight hours or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Attributes are all the same as they were in life. Raised creatures have access to any Effects they had in life.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The pyro points a laser pointer towards a target, and a cat-sized-and-shaped fire springs into life, very clearly attracted to the laser. This flame cat can also be shaped from existing fires. While the pointer is active it remains in the shape of a cat, pouncing towards the little red dot. When the laser pointer is not active, the flames return to normal.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). You must actively and obviously use a laser pointer to activate this Effect.
You may start a new fire as large as a torch's flame at your target. You may create fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 2 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
You may spend a Free Action on your initiative move a fire as large as a torch's flame that is within 20 feet to another location within 20 feet. You may Exert your Mind to draw a line which a fire up to twice as large as a torch's flame cannot cross.
