Comicbook Charm "Don't worry, you can trust me!"
As a superhero, Alan is able to express himself far better than he can normally. The raw power of his personality is enough to bend the rules of the world around him-- things instead operating as they would in a TV show or comic book. The emotional states, as well as truths/lies he can ascertain from other people appears as a set of narrating text bubbles from Alan's personal perspective.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are in your Superhero Form and you have your animated, circular eyes.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: You are bound to uphold your moral code. Whenever you fail a Murder, Lifesaver, or Injustice limit check, you psychosomatically take a Severity 1 Injury.
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Anime: You may have a 30 second conversation with another character on your initiative each Round in Combat, and using any Communication Effect takes a Free Action instead of a full Action.
- Call me Senpai: You may ask to be called by a specific title. Sapient beings will use this title when addressing you, unless they Exert their Mind to resist for the day. You may use an Influence Effect on anyone who uses your title without Exerting your Mind. One free activation per individual per day.
- Honest Eyes: Your word is accepted as honest so long as you are speaking the truth as you understand it. You can always tell if someone telling a lie without making a roll, though you may not know what they are concealing
- Life-Changing Conversation: Speak to a target for 10 minutes, Exert your Mind, and roll Charisma + Influence, Difficulty of the target’s Mind score. If you achieve a complete success, you may suppress one of their Limits or add a new Limit. Lasts two months
- Me, an Empath: You have an intuitive understanding of the emotional state of any Animate being within 30 feet. Once per person per day you may roll Charisma + Influence to learn what things they respect or disrespect in others.
- Party Animal: You are welcome at, and will be granted entrance to, any social gathering or party, at least as an observer.
- The Price Of Fame: Any sightings or recordings of your activity can easily be traced back to you. Even when disguised or using an alias, people always get a Perception check to recognize you.
- On its own, your empath abilities do not allow you to detect lies.
- A "social gathering" might include a birthday party, after-work drinks, a ski trip, or yoga in the park, among other things. It likely would not include a cult gathering to summon a demon, Congressional negotiations over a contentious bill, etc.
- If your animated, circular eyes is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

Being a rockstar makes it so that people start treating you differently. They think that because you are famous, you must know what you are talking about.
Most people when confronted with the Siren, get overwhelmed with the charisma of a international superstar.
Fame and persona go hand in hand in forming the Trussardi that people know.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Delusions of Grandeur.
You also gain the following effects:
- Anime: You may have a 30 second conversation with another character on your initiative each Round in Combat, and using any Communication Effect takes a Free Action instead of a full Action.
- Come Again?: Whenever you say something or present yourself in a way that upsets someone, you may Exert your Mind. If you do so you may change what you said or how you present yourself, and the first attempt will be dismissed and forgotten.
- Hey, Listen!: You cannot be ignored or unheard when directly addressing an entity.
- No Choice But To Stan: If someone speaks or acts against you socially, anyone observing it must roll Mind, with the difficulty equal to your Charisma, in order to not defend you.
- Being forced to Stan will not force someone to violate any of their Limits or to engage in violence of any kind (though they may still do so of their own volition).
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Hero of the Netherworld

After leading the members of the Carnival to safety after the events of Game I, Joshua’s experience leading his Traveling Jam Band and his old military battalion has crystallized into the commanding charm of a true hero.
No longer will commands go unheard in the chaos of a active battle ground. His singing voice will never be lost in the din of a crowd. Even at a whisper, the voice of a hero rings louder than any other.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Joshua Jones’s Lucky Peacock Feather.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

Star-like eyes allow Alex to quickly assess the emotions of everyone around him, much to his chagrin, even if his own expression is somewhat lacklustre... Warping reality in strange ways, allowing immense of dialogue to be packed into timeframes that seem unreasonably short.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Crimson Star-like eyes with large scars across each eye.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Main Character Syndrome: You're the protagonist of the story, destined to save all the side characters you are superior to. You must succeed a Self-Control roll in order to believe something or take an action which contradicts this delusion and Stubborn Determination A hero never gives up. Whenever you attempt to surrender or flee, you must suceed a Self-Control roll to resist the urge to see things through.

This ability turns his already sharp people skills into something almost otherworldly.
