After using the device's camera to "scan" yourself, the device will extend a tiny needle from its headphone jack, and instruct you to deposit a DNA sample. Pricking your finger with the needle, will cause it to retract, and after a moment of displaying "Analyzing..." the device prompts you to describe the affliction to be repaired. Once Described, the item dispenses from its charging port an amount of green-grey putty with the instruction "Please apply to affected area, and remain still." Applying the putty will cause it to animate, forming the understructure of whatever missing or damaged tissues are present (for internal battle scars, it seeps into the pores and can be felt moving inside the body.) The putty is a mass of loosely connected nanites, which set to work reconstructing the affected tissues and organs over the course of an hour as the device displays "Nanotic reconstruction in progress. Do not move", until "Repair Complete!" and cheerful smiley face appear on screen. The battery indicator on the screen will then decrease by 33%. This indicator will charge by 33% each day. Any attempt to use the device at below 33% will result in an "Insufficient charge" message.
With his Mind/machine interface in place, Doctor Lazcowicz is now experimenting with new functions. In this case, after extruding a small number of nanites into an existing computer, smartphone, or smartwatch he can use them to reconstruct the internals of the device. Enhancing onboard cameras into medical scanners and using the raw materials of the circuit boards within to construct a nanite factory, the device now acts as a controller and dispenser for specialized nanite piles that will reconstruct scarred and damaged body parts at a cellular level to make them good as new! Sadly the device's original functions are no longer present, but this is a great way to recycle ewaste!
Expend a point of Battery and spend an hour. Select a Battle Scar on yourself to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect.
The pages of the journal transform into the desired identification. A passport is the most obvious 1:1 illusion, but an official government ID and badge that flips open is also possible. Other forms of ID such as driver's license, insurance ID cards, gym memberships, etc. appear as their appropriate cards encased in a laminate sheet on each page of the journal. It is impossible to remove these IDs (as their an illusion), but this inability always seems to be an inability of the user to find the laminate seam. (If necessary there will be some modification to the laminate, allowing a magnetic strip on the ID card to be scanned.)
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a pocket journal and just as difficult to conceal.
Spend a Quick Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into an Object within the category of identification. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
When used as identification and scanned, the scanner will act appropriately and bring up appropriate generic information. Further searches for the identity in the computer will turn up no results.
These organs are about the size of a fist when created, growing like fleshy tumors inside Edgar Stokes mutated body - when inserted into a Pouch Augment in a living creature, the organ takes root, transforming that Pouch into a liminal space of sorts. The Organ feeds off the nutrients of the host body, & cannot be removed without removing the original Augmentation altogether.
This Artifact can be used as a container. It is roughly the same size as a small, pulsating organ and just as difficult to conceal. Unless it is implanted in a living creature that has the Pouch Augment, this Artifact behaves as its mundane counterpart.
Your small, pulsating organ holds 12 times what it normally could. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in your small, pulsating organ. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the small, pulsating organ in the process.
If your small, pulsating organ is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.
Ghostly hands emerge from the back of a harness from the metal brace up the spine, wielding a visual copy of the handguns wielded or worn by the user, a revolver if the user is wearing none.

The deep red gem at the centre of the necklace releases a cloud of black miasma, which coalesces into the form of a horse, capable of running long distances without tiring, or needing food or water. It can be recalled into the necklace at will.
This Artifact can be used as a Shadow Horse. It is roughly the same size as a Shadow Horse but can be collapsed into a necklace with a deep red gem in the centre and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

At first glance, they are nothing more than stylish, unassuming shoes. But hidden within them is a potent secret, revealed only to those who know where to press. A discreet button activates an ancient mechanism, causing slender, tooth-like projections to emerge, resembling the fangs of a vampire. These teeth gently anchor into the wearer’s ankles, creating a connection that feels less like an intrusion and more like a merging of beings.
As this bond takes hold, the shoes undergo a remarkable transformation. They darken to an almost supernatural black, becoming one with the shadows. The once ordinary material takes on a new texture, akin to a living creature, but without any conspicuous glow or light. This absence of luminescence is crucial, maintaining the element of stealth that is vital for a creature of the night.
Empowered by this unique connection, the wearer finds their abilities significantly heightened. The shoes facilitate effortless navigation through complex environments – slipping through crowded spaces, running assuredly in complete darkness, climbing vertical surfaces with ease, and moving undetected in the shadows. Each movement becomes a whisper in the night, silent and unseen.
However, such power is not without its limitations and risks. The shoes are sensitive to sunlight and require concentration to activate. Once their magic fades, the wearer experiences a temporary but significant reduction in their agility, a reminder of the ephemeral nature of such enchantment. Additionally, the invocation of this ancient magic is not without danger; a misalignment between wearer and artifact can result in physical harm, a testament to the balance required to wield such potent forces.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: You Press a button on the shoes and teeth appear anround the top inject themself into the ankles securing themselves to the feet. Next Blood begins flowing through them causing them to have a black appearance with blue veins appearing in the shoes.. This Effect cannot be used unless Can not be used unless it is nighttime and the sun is down. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.
As long as this Effect is active and you are traversing a terrain it covers, your movement speed is doubled.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
When you activate this Effect, roll a single D10. if the result is 5 or lower, you receive a Severity-1 Injury and a Minor Battle Scar.
This device is a piece of chrome the size and shape of the back of a spoon. When placed against the skin, small hypodermic needles sprout from the device and attach it to the user's bloodstream. There, it filters and releases lifesaving drugs into the bloodstream, granting complete immunity from contracting new diseases and added resiliency in all other cases.
WARNING: The immunizing drugs have been shown to reduce inhibitions in test subjects.
