Description

Benny draws someone's full focus and interest onto himself by looking deep into their eyes and dominating their mind with his own. His eyes have paid the price for power; instead of whites, his irises are now surrounded by a blood red color, which becomes more or less intense depending on how recently he has fed.

System

Spend a Power point or Exert yourself to activate. You and the target engage in a contested Charisma + Alertness roll, with the effect lasting for [[Duration]]. You must retain concentration in order to maintain the effect; the target's attention is lost if you are distracted, and you may also choose to end the effect early. You may enrapture your target from a maximum distance of [[range]]. Only the target will notice the intensity of your penetrating gaze, although others may still see you if you are not hidden from them.

Enhancements

  • Willful End (You may end this Effect before its duration has elapsed as a Free Action.)
  • Special Connection (Only the target will notice the mechanism by which you are fascinating them. Others may still notice you for unrelated reasons.)

Drawbacks

  • Fan Dance (This Effect lasts as long as you maintain Concentration.)
  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - Must make direct eye contact with target
