True Monsterous Eyes What is the difference between monsters and human?
Abbas eyes grow more and more as his blood blends and mix. His intuition and years of training solidifies itself with his blood becoming more... monsterous. Yet this brings in the question for himself... what is a monster and what is a human? Having seen atrocities committed by humans but also the reality of monsters being nice and peaceful...
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Golden eyes that replaces the blue eyes. Seemingly monsterous.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Constant Vigilance: You cannot be ambushed or caught-flat footed when awake. When asleep, you can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6 to wake up in time.
- You can still be ambushed if you are incapacitated, stunned, or being kept unconscious supernaturally.
- If your Golden eyes that replaces the blue eyes. Seemingly monsterous is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

Vital Juices

A candy heart has become the center stone in Bismarck's body, fully integrating his gusher-juice blood into something amazing. Whenever Bismarck needs to see better than normal, at any time, such as to react to something normally unseen or perhaps to avoid something hurdling towards him, his candy heart pumps something fierce to provide a surge of energy throughout his entire body that sends his gusher-juice-blood careening down his veins not unlike a burst of adrenaline.
However, his heart may be obviously seen as a new, easy target. After all, when it does make a beat like this, it glows so brightly that it can be seen through his clothes and hardened sugar skin, a clear, cherry colored silhouette that may be seen by the masses. Pray that no one catches it, lest they learn it's your Achilles heel.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your heart.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.

- Slow Time: You may substitute your Perception as the Attribute for any rolls made for Reactions.
- If your heart is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months, or until you can recover any relevant missing items (which may involve a side-game and requires a GM to approve whatever process is used).
Peering into the future
Daisy's mind is plagued with the possibilities of the near future and possibilities of the past long treaded. Fate, Chance and the existence of her being, this power is more than just the ability to be present in the current plane, but peer beyond.

His hunger for the truth drives him forward, but the things he sees? They linger. They haunt. The screams in the alley, the look in a victim’s eyes, the sickly scent of fear—he can’t forget them, no matter how much he drinks, how many cases he solves, or how hard he tries to drown it all out.

You gain the following benefits as long as you have your orange eyes (your main eye when transformed).
Your Perception rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: My Friend Now - You become attached very easily. (Whenever someone would refer to you as their friend or otherwise endear themselves to you, roll Self-Control to avoid becoming attached, treating them more protectively).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Clear-Sighted: If you see an illusion, disguise, or other false reality, you recognize it as such but cannot immediately see through it.
- Saw it Coming: Any time you attempt to dodge an Attack from someone lower than your position in Initiative, you may Exert your Mind to automatically succeed without a roll. You may use Source to make a Desperate Defense. There is still a maximum of one Desperate Defense per Round.
- Sherlock: You may Exert your Mind to deduce a fragment of the chain of events that led to a particular perceivable detail of an individual or environment. This Effect reveals one piece of information that is not discoverable by a mundane investigation.
- Sherlock: The amount of information received is limited at the GM's discretion but should at least contain some information that would not be learned from a mundane investigation.
- If your orange eyes (your main eye when transformed) is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
