When Conditions are met, Mind Penalties (Initiative, Movement, Perception + Alertness) do not apply. Mind cannot be reduced to zero but can be recovered during this state. (Abilities that require Mind are effectively costless for the User). User cannot be incapacitated through mind. Effects last until end of battle or if Conditionals are no longer met. If the user is mounted, the Mount also benefits from the following effects:

You gain the following benefits as long as user has a weapon, user has some form of protective gear or attire, user is in a alarmed, frantic or delirious state, and user marked their opponent.

Your Dexterity rating is increased by 3. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Hole!.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Bullet Time: Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to make a single dodge roll that applies its full Outcome to any attacks made against you that Round. Mob bonuses do not apply on attacks against you this Round.
  • Centered: You have perfect balance. You cannot be knocked over, and can maintain your footing regardless of the size or stability of the material underneath you.
  • Double Time: You have one extra Action per Round. You cannot take an Action after taking a Reaction.
  • Track Star: You may always move at your full Dash speed without any penalty.

  • Reminder: to calculate the distance you can dash in one Round of combat, add together Dexterity + Brawn + 1, and multiply that by 5 feet.
  • Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
